Hey Guys,
I'm OWNED. This phone has all the essential features and it avaialable at a 4 figured price - which is what makes it the best in the cadre.
Mp3 player with presets, minimizable which means u can read/type text messages while listening to music.
Pic and video quality are awesome. The display clarity speaks for itself. Plus you can set up video ringtones too - YES it is possible. But you need to have you contact listed in the phone memory and not the sim.

Having said that, like they say nothing is perfect, here are few of the bugs that I have come across.
Messaging - If you reply back to somebody's message, the phone keeps that number as a default number to where all the text messages would be sent in the future- till you delete the primary message that you replied to. I replied back to my boss's message, then composed a new (romantic) message for my fiancee and sent it. You can guess what happened. Had to explain a lot to my boss.
Anyway - here's the problem - Normally any phone would first allow you to
1) Type a message
2) search for the contact
3) Give you the option to send/ edit.
However in this phone sequence 2 & 3 are interchanged. So its like
1) Type a message
2) Give you the option to send/ edit.
3) search for the contact
And that's where the whole messup starts. Since the phone already has the number, that you replied back to earlier, stored in its memory it starts sending the message automaticaly.
So. Any bright ideas to fix this bug? If you do please lemme know.
Other areas of concern - Loading games and GPRS (which I don't use much).

the newer models of lgkg300 is coming with java applications,if u donot have it ,just go to lg service center,and go for software upgradation,it is free of cost within 1 year of purchasing.

Well Yes it support 3gp but i don't think amr and it supports java but don't know how to install games in it if anybody know tell me too.

hi guys salam to all.lg kg300 is a fine phone its batery timing is upto 3to4 days.music and video quality is good.and color display is also fine.i think it will not a bad choice.

Guys i buy this phone a week before phone is very good i love it. it has some limitation too plz if any one know the solution of these limitation plz tell me.
1. 100 KB Gif Size Limitation
2. We Cannot add Java Games in it if someone know tell me.
3. we cannot mark so many number like we do in Nokia for delete copy or move purpose.

hey i felt cheated.
I bought it in december, at that time it was not having Java support but now as per you guys it does support it.
Can i download any software which will make my phone ready for downloading games and applications.
