I downloaded some videos via bluetooth but they won't open. They are fine on the phone. Any ideas?

I love this phone, and its probably the best phone I have ever had. The only thing is that I cannot send or recieve pictures!! My maual is in spanish.
HELP?

I got this phone over the internet about 3 months ago and I LOVE it, however, I'm having problems with the MP3 player and I cannot get it to work. Any suggestions?

i tried this amd it still doesnt work, i also got told that putting my phone in the freezer for 30 mins and then warming it in the oven works? is this true????

to clear the virus, turn the phone on then off, then take the battery out, turn the phone upside down, press the 1-9 buttons in sequence missing out the 7, then put the battery back in, hold the * and then # buttons for 21 seconds, then go and buy a new phone....hope that helps...

Got mine a month ago and used it on a computer that has infected it with a virus. At the moment, it can't perfom well and can not come on. Any advice on how clear the phone of the virus?

jimli: yes, that is correct. you can adjust volume by these navigation keys in 5 steps.

the USER GUIDE say:
Adjusting the Volume: If you want to adjust the volume during a call, use the up and down navigation keys.

I think this is a great phone, it really does it all. Battery power is not fantastic but I normally get a couple of days. It's easy to use, top quality graphics and sounds and a fantastic phone - Highly recommended

Bought phone on line in U.S and think I have been sent European model. Only way I can hear callers is by using headphones otherwise I have zero sound! Any Solutions? I can't read my manual for set up because it is written in Spanish.

Very small. Looks great. MP3 files are put on the phone with the USB cable that comes along with it.

No this phone doesnt have a speakerphone. Just drag your songs from your computer onto it. The internet settings can be found in some forums. Took me forever to figure it out.

Very nice design, had the phone for a year with bad signal everywhere i go. And worse of all it already had bad volume on the speaker, now it seems like the speaker dissapeared. i can only hear someone else if i shove the phone inside my ear, jokes aside, the earphones don't help either. seems like it was a waste of money. i can only be happy with the design of it

I own this phone and I must say it's one of the nicer ones I've had. Most of the negative opinions seem to come from people who don't know how to navigate the menus (which are fine, if not superb). There's a backlight on the keypad, speaker volume is fine (you can turn it up and down while speaking), and it's an awesome phone for the price! But beware, it doesn't work with iSync for apple...

does anyone has a problem with the kalender? I can only put about 15 entries in, wich is way to little. And the batterylife is very poor.
Otherwise it's a nice little phone!

This phone is really good, exept a couple of things like everyone said, the speaker volume is too low, and other thing that i can think of is that the bottons do not light up at nitem makes it harder to dile. The phone is a little comfusing at first but i had it for a day and allready geting use to it. Another thing i can thingk of: the short cut to voise mail, on mine it wouldnt work, and i don't know how to re,enter the phone that it should dile???
