set is overall very good , but it has specifications of old models , it has no new specifications like many cheap cell phones has , so i think lg should upgrade their models if they want to compete indian market

i got mine as a christmas present 3 years ago and i really don't all the complaints i hear about here. ?=/
my battery is still the original one, which works perfectly still.
it never spontaneously died on me.
it has a buttload of music space; i have 20+ songs in there! that's pretty good for a 2G. =]
i just love my phone.

I have been using this phone for approximately 2yrs now. it is small & convenient, good pocket size, BUT the battery!! If I am on call for more that 10 mins it will shut down. The battery is no-good. I doesnt keep charged & will turn off on its own. I cant use the phone in the dark as the key pad does not light up. Whats up with that??? I recently had an emergency & the darn phone just shut down in the middle of the call. Gimmie a break!

the battery life is poor it gives trouble to charge the bluetooth is really slow but is good for music it has a crazy base

hi guys if you have ever had the problem with this phone of charging it and it turns off and never turns on or you battery dies and doesnt turn on? it is not stuffed there is a clock inside that when it hits a date it turns off and goes to the year 2078 it is a glitch and i had this sitting in a cupboard for 2 years finding it reset itself and worked again i have a feeling it may happen to anyones old chocolate so give it a go it may still work

This phone is really bad.
It ~looks~ good, but that's all there is too it.
The phone was terribly conceived and the ribbon cable that links the keyboard to the screen gets strained each time you open it, so after a few months it stops working (1 year if you don't use it too often). You can change it on your own, a ribbon cable does not cost much but it's still a pain. Oh and sometimes the phone simply shutdowns on its own. With no reason. And the battery life is terrible.
By the way, if you have a non windows computer (ex a Mac), you can forget about contact sync.
I'm not buying any LG phone anymore, I have had enough with this pile of ****...
