hi..i just want to know about the arena phone. i just bought the phone and the phone sumetime hang and cannot call out...izzit the software problem... i stay at malaysia..thankx..

If anyone is thinking about buying this phone, I just want to say. The phone looks great but the UI is terrible. It is not user friendly and is not well thought out at all. It is so bad that I bought the phone and only use it for 1 month and gave it to my sister because I can't stand the UI and most of the phone functions. My sister now after using it for about 3 weeks can't stand this phone either.

This mobile dropped from 3rd floor on cemented flor and there was nothing to him, normaly works, only litle dent on the metal part of the mask :D

Some firmwares are working very well and some not. That is the reason why you will observe some position & negative comments for this phone from the user with different firmware version used.
All the bugs originate from the firmwares can be fixed easily yourself by using the tricks shared by the user or flashing it to a new firmware.

i boght arena beafore 2 weeks. Device is just great, UI is so fast and in many ways phone is like iPhone. There are many GPS programs in java for this phone like MGMaps( http://www.mgmaps.com/ ), or Wisepilot ( https://www.wisepilot.com/nav11/site/portal.jsp?action=71&unit=LGkm900 )...

I have this phone for over 5 months and I have problems with screen freeze, and it turns off by itself some times. Is there any way to verify what firmware I have on the unit? v10p or v10c? how can I find out? If I need to install v10p, how can I do that? Take it back to the place where I original purchased? Or I can installed them myself.
