well i own this phone now. first impressions are not too bad. sadly it doesnt have gps. its just the google maps software where you key in your current location

I also want to know if it can have a customized mp3 ringtone for incoming text messages...not just phone calls.

Does this phone have a GPS receiver? As LG website says.."With the handset’s built-in GPS Navigation Software, Navicore, getting lost on the road has never been more challenging!"
