Bad service given by Singapore LG service ceter. I bought LG KS 20 by end of MAY, repair two times, problem encounter, cannot read sms, hang, blue tooth cannot detect and baterry indicator cannot fuction, advise to all better try other model rather than LG KS 20.

My battery stucks on 100% battery level. It is not reduced even run out of energy. I understood that this is a mistake of battery! because my friend also has it and when I try his battery it shows the real value.

I bought this KS20 a week ago, it been great for the whole week. Till the battery is dead, i recharged and now i can't get it turn on to the main screen. It's keep restarting when i turn it on or charging, need some help, please

my manual tat came w/ the box n stuff has english in it. i bought it from asia and the manual is in traditional chinese, simplified chinese and english.

it is the worst phone that lg has on smart phones!very poor battery,bluetooth opens when the radio opens!!i don't know who would buy such a phone!

First times see this Phone looks so Awesome.
but when i try to use, i found alot of malfunction. i even buy this phone for $500. never realize this was a big mistake.
The Battery was bad, i need to recharge 2 times a day. what a mess!!

When I turn on radio automaticlly bluetooth turns on. Is this normal(in which I doubt) or not? In the same time if I try to turn off bluetooth, radio turns off too.

I've had the KS20 for about couple months now, and the battery life is alright. I have to charge it every night because two weeks after I got it, I noticed that the battery meter constantly read 100% even after using WiFi and texting constantly. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I am using this phone unlocked in the Los Angeles area using t-mobile. I can get mms and sms messages.

anyone having problem with language setting try change it from the "REGIONAL" setting of your phone-good luck

(from 2010 even under-developed countries will be 3g.. hopefully!)

For all those looking for an English version of the KS20, Here is the official reply to my query from LG head office in Canada "Hello I'm sorry have purchased a phone through an unauthorized dealer with software that is not designed to work in North America. LG Canada does not sell nor support this phone, please return to your point of purchase for assistance as we and your service provider are not able to assist you. Regards David Herbert LG Canada "
My request was for a link to the English or French version of the LG users manual. Clearly there isn't any in other than Korean or Chinese. Indeed the reply to my message was in barely comprehensible English (and presumably his French is no better). However, the phone is being sold in reputable stores, in Canada, the US, Europe etc. It is astonishing that LG denies any reponsibility for support in the English or French-speaking world when indeed the phone runs on an English Windows MObile 6 Operating system.
So far my phone seems to be OK, but I am learning by trail and error. It is extraordinary that LG is selling in the West, but only providing Chinese or Korean operating instructions.

None of the 3 following games work on my KS20:
Azgard Defence and SPB Brain Evolution don't refresh the screen (unless you turn the device off and on)
Virtual Pool - crashes when you're about to rack up (menu works fine).
Does any of the above work for you?
