for those who has problem connecting phone using USB to PC...please try other way like bluetooth dongle...and u can use bluesoleil software for easy connection to PC..

Help me please. This phone turn off when-ever I hooked up to the computer or wall charging. I can't even load anything from the pc because it will turn off. I think it had a problem with the battery so I ordered one and still the same. The battery sign always showed half charged.
I have this phone since June of 2008 and It is the best I've ever laid hands on. Except the charging part. Anyone with similar or same problems?

sound system is not that good....but not the battery is not working...what shall i do?how much the battery costs? and where shall i get it?

I have held the ks20, bought it with a french version of the o.s buti have failed to convert it to english,. any one with a clue? Wonder why lg cant give any support.

I did not have the PDF program installed on my phone. I downloaded the adove reader cab file from the internet en installed. try that. be sure to use the CAB file it's much easier.

have used this phone for more than 18 months now. upgraded to winmo 6.5 using a freely available rom. this phone has EVERYTHING except gps. if you are willing to over look this feature, the phone will not disappoint you. the music player is a bit screechy with a loudspeaker but it works gr8 with a handsfree. its a good solid winmo imo and it looks good too. ppl WILL stare at it :)the screen is a little hard but u get used to it and does interfere in any way. if u ask me install some good winmo apps and i guarantee u ll be very happy with how it runs...i had to replace the motherboard once within warantee.. got it replaced free of cost. i have very rough handling and have dropped in a couple of times but the build quality is quite good and i escaped with minor scratches on the phone. now after 18 months of usage, the mic needs replacing .. apparently the caller hears a buzzing sound during the call.. like a bee stuck inside the phone. once that is replaced the phone will be good as new.

bottom line. use the innumerable winmo apps and customise the ks20 to love it

The phone of my dreams. Better than any PDA. Too bad it's stuck with that Windows Mobile s**t. A Linux would be much better.

Can this phone view a PDF file? It said so in the specs that it has PDF viewer but I can't get it to veiw a PDF file
