yes. it doesnt hv radio. how come a phone doesnt hv radio!!!!!!!!???????? i wish i would nt buy this one...................

This is a nice phone. but the thing is no radio. Without radio this is useless. Becouse some LG phones have radio racording option also. Pls add this option to this phone.

Yo all, bought this phone about 4 months now. My take is:
1) Camera snap shot is good except that it cannot zoom in when you it is on super fine mode for image
2)Music Quality is not too bad considering it does not have an extra speaker at the side like Nokia and Sony has. It comes with 3D Surround and couple of equaliser mode to suit your listening pleasure
3) In Asean market yup, NO RADIO feature available
4) 3.6G speed fantastic. In Singapore I can watch live soccer and other news channel via this mobile
5) Improvement in second camera. Tradionally the front camera is only for video consfrencing and not that clear, but KT520 white balance helped a lot to contras a clear image.
6) Lastly battery life is only average. When it reaches to the second bar, better jump to a charger as it would only last for another hour or so. Depending on your screen contrass as well.
Generally if you would expect not much from an average 3G phone, KT 520 delivers more than that at an average price.

does the phone radio work really well?

It's quite pretty as far as it's design is concerned but this is the only good characteristic about it. Software is way too slow and there seems to be a problem with text messages. Each time i've tried to read some old SMS there's this strange message about it being prepared/initialized or something. Moreover, the titles and the messages themselves are all mixed up!!! The keyboard doesn't seem to work properly. I've had it checked by an lg authorized technician and the problems still remain. I wish I had never bought it in the first place.

in internetLG KT 520 is shown to have radio- FM RADIO but in my phone which i bought on20.08.09 in NEW YORK this feature is missing . please help

Had the phone 4 days and am pleasantly pleased, feels good to hold, camera and vid are good once you've installed a mini std, sounds are okay on loudspeaker, am messing with it a lot, so have recharged battery twice, up to now, good, watch this space.....

I've had this phone since the beginning of December '08 and it has only lasted til the beginning of April '09. The functions of this phone is alright. Compared with my previous phones, the keypad of this one is easy for texting. It takes pretty clear pictures and I love the fact that you can edit the pictures and such. Although, it bothers me that the picture capturing is so slow. It takes the picture about a second or two after you press the capture button. It restarts itself every now and then and sometimes says "message initializing" whenever I try to read my messages. The charger slot slightly broke very soon after I had this phone so it was difficult always trying to charge my phone. I installed the program that came with this phone but it never worked for me. Some other functions like picture messaging didn't work either. This phone stopped working for me when one morning it turned off by itself even though it had full battery, and after that, it would never turn on again. :[
So basically, do not buy this phone. It has a few pros, but MANY cons along with it. Samsung phones are better!!

After 4 mths of this fone, I think I've had enuff!! I can't listen continuously to the songs on the fone cuz it turns itself off after awhile. At first I thought it was low battery but after charging it it does it all over again! And when it shuts off, that's the worst of all; when it turn it back on it starts up then freezes (i have to keep shutting down and turning it on over and over again). This is my worst fone purchase yet.
