o my god it has been one year past this phone find 's me so much of trouble i have lot's missed call just because this phone never ring's loud and longer the camera is blur the video stuck the voice record time is to short the video call in never work's even the keypad is slower more than that i cant listen what people talk to me and the speaker is so bad every phone has external speaker's to listen music but in this talk and listen music in one speaker even in standby mode this handphone lose battery i feel like stuck with technology junk i learn a lesson i will buy a good quality phone and i wont watch over price any more bye bye for lg it 's my nightmare phone which i never forget

The only problem i encountered with this phone is it's volume!!!! This phone is nice though... love it!

used to love the phone,,problem is the volume, i often have 5 to 10 miss calls, when i use the headset still having problem hearing the music.. it easily shuts off, then when u text there is a delay in typing.. so it ends up bringing the phone to the nearest technician, w/c cost me around 1700 to check it, and yes when they check it there are lots of problem.. the phone is cheap but u have to spend another dime for the worst things of it.. hope LG did not sacrifice their name, just to sell..

i loved this phone, till last week when the problems started... and it is not one problem. Speakers are not working anymore, some of the bottoms are not working anymore, it deletes contacts by itself, changes time zones.it's simpy... the worst phone i have ever had

does anybody know how to increase the volume/ get the phone to ring for longer?
Mine rings outloud about 5 times and i keep missing calls
