my company issued me this fone but i dont like the color white with yellow-green somthing in the middle. i like the other color which is black. this fone is quite okay. although the camera is not that good, it is just fair for its price though.
i dont know if this also comes with free microSD since i have my ku 380 without a microSD. unlike my n73ME which has free 2GBminiSD.

i would love to buy this phone becuase i love ku250.. so a slider might be a bit cool to have.. but i dont know where to buy.. i know it was exclusively distributed by Globe, but whne i checked its not available anymore...

LG KU380 is very user-friendly.. similar with nokia phone kits.. u wont be sorry for having one!

well...to be honest I like the phone really much but I have big problems with it...it shuts down often without a reason...I have sent it to the service,they gave it back and I had the same problem...I went back...they gave me an other phone,the same type but this also shuts down without a reason...I thought that is a software problem...they have resofted it but it still has the same problem..I'm not pleased with it because you know how it is to expect an important call and when I take it off my pocket I see that it doesn't work..I have to take off the batery and put it again to turn on.If I don't do it...it doesn't work anymore.
I really need to know if is someone that has the same problem.
With the sound is the same thing I have ascending ringtone...and it doesn't work to change it...

RINGING dilemma on LG
face it! itz really ascending. I have no problem with it because you can intercept the call before it cries out loud for all the people around you to hear. unless you want to broadcast you're favorite ringtone from the very beginning of the custom ringtone you just set up with your voice calls... fat chance.
you can experiment the different voice call ringtone types if you want max ring + vibration, vibration first then ringtone......
SPEAKERPHONE VOLUME adjustment
just press the ok button to enable the speakerphone (speakerphone is enabled when you see the sound icon has a red x beside it....indicating that if you press the OK button again, you will disable speakerphone)
now to adjust the volume of the speakerphone/speaker, just press the up and down arrow keys.

if there's anyone who knows how to update the firmware of this fone, pls tell me how. my firmware is v10.
THe problem with this phone is that when i transfer anything through Bluetooth to a P990i fone, i notice that all of the transferring files in progress have a square after its filename (ex. test.mp3) i symbolize the square as . so what happens is that, the p990i just deletes the file automatically after the BT transfer is completed......
the result is, the transfer is complete but p990i deletes the file right there and then after the transfer. is that a bug with my phone or p990i? hope someone can help me.

i'm not so satisfied with this phone. i have the same ringing problems like and i don't know if it's something by default or not and the mic also is not performant. please share your opinion with ringing tone, it seems i'm not the only one with this problem.

if you want to make the standby screen to be permanent, just select the menu>settings>screen>backlight>OFF. the screen will be permanently on BUT in a dimmed POWERSAVE brightness setting. at least you will see the screen continously. albeit, battery life will suffer. for me, i don't have any problems with the battery. it can last two days if i didn't use it much. but since i use to make voice calls, BT file transfer, texting....... it will last me more than 24hours then i charge it again. i wouldn't charge it until the battery cries LOW BAT.

yes by me it's the same with lost calls.... but how is with the ringing by you? cause i fell anoying to receive a phone but the phone ring only ascending.... i want it lound and clear.... thanks

Is it normal for any missed calls and meassages you receive not to show on the screen? It shows on the screen for 30 or so seconds but then the screen goes completely blank (likes its off) not showing a symbol of a missed call or a sms. YOu then have to push a button or slide the phone to check. I find this very annoying as i dont want to have to keep pushing a button or sliding the phone to check for sms' or missed calls. Anyone else notice this?
