but the sounds are bearable? how about the speakers? is the menu screen's design okay? does it look good? thank you so much for answering my questions! i really like this phone but i'm not sure if it's worth it! and i can't find any demo phone in my place to see if its feature are good.. im considering if to buy this phone or a samsung E250! :)

It only got black or white color available in the market. The ringing tone is a bit soft if compare to N73. u must set ring+vibrate in case u cant hear the ring tone u still can feel the vibration

no doubt,it is a good phone.i just got it for 2 weeks. It is a simply and small phone,and i need to charge it every 2 or 3 days.

there's no way I can download other cool apps with this phone. Themes, flash, etc. Yes, the loudest volume of this phone is not loud at all. It's just moderate for me. Is there any other way I can delete the songs I downloaded without losing it in the folder where I moved those songs? When I move the songs to another folder and delete it in the original folder where I downloaded it, it automatically erase all the songs! It sucks!

how do i go to makes the speaker louder ?

what is the icon on the right corner of a letter with a sort of globe on the left corner ?? is it because of the memory ?

Yes, I have tried downloading the PC suite and I was able to download music and wallpaper but not screensavers...swf file should be supported..there should be lots of improvements with this phone..and the pictures saved on Contacts, when you delete the pictures in the main image folder, it's also gone in Contacts. It should stay, like Nokia.

I do not recommend:
- Ring is only ascending and starts very very low. By the time you hear it ringing, the person calling usually hangs up.
- Does not have FM radio.
- Very fragile, after a few weeks of use the slide up screen it's already a bit lose.
- Photos taken with camera cannot be secured i.e password security.
- Sliding down the screen doesnt lock the keypad straight away, the minimun set time is 5 seconds.
Definatelly i do not recommend, i will trade mine for a diferent model.

Did you install the LG PC Suite Manager? There's a mini CD included with the package and you have to install the driver first before you can transfer data from your phone to the pc

this phone is real good to look at.. but then some features should have been enhanced...camera shutter should have a silent mode, themes should also be downloadable (not just black and white),more fonts...i haven't tried downloading yet, so no idea if it's working great..display for me is quite boring since I cannot select color schemes...it's just a plain blue..

I just got the KU380 and I'm trying to send music from my computer to the phone using the USB cable and I can't do it. Have spent too long trying to work it out so I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

The Message Manager from LG PC Suite's latest version is not functioning. Is is only me? Other managers are working perfectly fine but the Message Manager could not detect the messages in my phone.

Anyone have the same problem ? Or the solution to this?

Am using the ku380 for one month i like it but i wish it have fm RADIO and the camera is poor cos it don have flash and when i speak for 10minute this phone starting get hot it bother me and my ear getting hot too. But i think it a good one. If so want to make friend with me call 855-013712215.

i have this one.. and the phone was running at 2gb memory card.. and the internal memory of this computer was not 60mb but it more of 90mb.. the phone is fast at the 2gb.. i think this baby could also run in a 4gb which i want to try.. i'll post my result after i get the 4gb..
