this phone really sucks big, i have this phone and my brother got this phone too, i thought i had a faulty one but that was not the case, both mines and his have many problems. sometimes the phone would go blank on me, sometimes it would turn off by itself, freeze, or just wouldn't work, the battery life sucks. I have to charge it every 4 hours. I got a replacement but it stil doesn't do any good. I had to repair it 4 times in 3months. I strongly do not recommend this phone for anyone. This phone is very basic, the functions are basic and the phone sucks

i do not recommend this phone at all, its really faulty, sometimes my screen goes blank, it freezes, my battery life right now is about 2 minutes talking time and when i dial it doesnt appear on the screen becasue it goes blank, so theres no point txting.

I bought this phone because of the style and functionality...unfortunately I did not take into account the phone's battery life.
The phone lasts for a horrendous 7 hours ON STANDBY; I got a replacement battery which ALSO lasted for 7 hours on standby. Yes, I charged the battery for 10 hours before first time use. This will be my first and last LG phone.

i dont no wt to do i do like it but by other ppls opions its making me not like it so i realy dont know wt to do im gonna see if others like it or not cuz its goin cani old but i'll have to decide this girl had it but in pink and i realy liked it and i luv the colour blac on it i wanna get it and i dont want to !!!!!!!!!!! lollllllllllllllllll

I am not a fan of this phone at all! I bought it in October, it has been getting fixed for the past month. I have zero reception, ive even stood under the phone tower and it said i had no reception!
It turns it self off randomly, it likes to freeze then the screen goes white and then when it reboots its self i've lost everything. It is very sensitive, it calls people by itself. I can hardly hear people when i am making a call (when it lets me).
The last straw before i handed it in to get fixed was that i couldnt place or recieve calls.
Shall be interesting to see when i finally get it back whether it is any good or not. But i'm already on the look out for a new phone!

i have had this phone for awhile now, and i like it, sure battery life not as good as it could be, but if you turn the display brightness down it helps alot, also i have my screen light turn off after 10 seconds which also helped. i havnt had any problems with the touch screen.

The LG ku800 looks like a graet phone. I am considering about getting it but i have herd that there are many kids of problems with it. So is it worth getting or not cause this phone looks great. But i am not shore if i should get it because of all the problems it has.

Had it for 14 months , battery good for about 1/2 hour , cover getting loose,all scratched,think i'll give it to the dog.

this phones really easy to use, the touchpad isnt that annoying,and nothings gone wrong, ( ive had it for about 9 months)

Just like other users that have commented on this phone i have crap reception! theres not much point in a 3g phone if you cant get reception enough to make a voice call,let alone a video call!! the buttons are too sensitive aswell

i got this phone and the charger slot broke in the first day. not only did this ruin my bday, but also forced me to buy another one of these phones (i though this was a 1 off thing) I WAS WRONG > the second time i got this phone the same vital slot broke within a week.
