The only thing putting me off this is someones comment that the keypad locks on a call. Is there any way to turn the lock off (maybe using the lock hardkey?) so you can enter digits while on a call? How can you pick up voicemail etc., if you can;t?
confused.

Hello to all you lucky lg viewty owners. I am very interested in buying one. The only thing i would like to know is how good is the mp3 player on this phone? I do realise its main feature is the camera but i would also like a nice sounding mp3 player. If any of you guys can provide feedback that would be really cool.
Just one more thing any of you guys installed a
HDCS memory card like 6 or 8 gig?

I have been looking on the phone 4 the keyboard on the organiser but personally i cant find it... so far as i know you can only use the keyboard on text messages... please correct me if i am wrong

Is there a 100 limit on organizer and does the qwerty keyboard work for the organizer?
Would really appreciate it if someone can awnser these questions because they are the deciding factor for me

I won it on a contest, I'm so excited!!! But the small installation CD that comes along has the central hole very small and it doesn't fit in my laptop! What can I do? I also have Windows Vista, are they compatible?

Just got my phone yesterday from Popular Electronics. Very nice box and packaging. The best one I've had. Very classy and elegant phone. Functionality is very good. The touch screen is also good. The colors are great. Applications are very easy to use, I didn't even read the manual. Setting up Profiles is a breeze. Making phone calls is of course easy just like any other phones. Text messaging is a lot of fun. Searching for contacts is also fun. Its Organizer function is ok. I like the colors of the Calendar. The phone is almost perfect, but of course it's not. This phone takes its precious time in loading files (songs, pictures, videos, even ringtones). It ridiculously takes almost a minute for it to load galleries. I am not exaggerating. So you end up staring at the screen of the phone saying "ok, any day now", and still nothing happens, so you end up putting the phone down and picking it up a minute later and finally it loaded. I'm thinking "I better turn on the MP3 player before I enter the gym to give it time to load the songs before I hit the treadmill". Viewing pictures, playing songs and videos is fast when it's already loaded. But loading them is the problem. Any phone feature that would require loading takes a very long time with this phone. Still, I like this phone a lot, and I wish there is a way to fix this ridiculous lag time problem. For regular phone and organizer use, this phone is awesome for you. But if you're heavy on taking pictures and want to show it right away to friends, you may consider loading the pics first before you start calling your friends to check those viewtyful pics out, or else, you guys would be standing there staring at the dark screen for a minute before the pics pops out. And that could be embarassing for you =)

I just recieved it from youwantone.com cca 490eur.it's fascinating,easy use,fast phone and beats n95 and g600 in video recording,makes realy nice,best videos,It's probably best phone at these days except japanese ones

this phone's growing on me quite a bit, especially with the SE W960 taking so long to appear.
the huge screen and 120fps video is swaying it for me but it's not a smartphone and the music software is hardly of walkman levels.
what's the sound quality through headphones like?

Had my Viewty for well over a week now and only had to charge battery once ! Put into perspective - I used to have to charge my Nokia N70 4 times in the same period. I love Everything about this phone and I am so grateful to GSM Arena for the review, which I read prior to buying .... Go out and get one !
