this phone is a white elephant.it has no games and that i mode something does not work in ghana. its a junk. the manufacturers need to be ashamed.

does someone know where the driver or software for the LG L342i mobile phone is ?... to read/write to the phone from pc ? and get pictures and sounds onto/off pc/phone, via usb cable direct connect.

I purchased a data cable & usb data cable driver from ebay, for some reason i still can't download photos off camera, what else do i have to do. please please let me know

Hi there, I've read lots of negative comments about this phone but I knew what I was buying - price point, no blue tooth etc and I love it. I've had mine since August 2005 and have only had to buy a new battery last Christams. But I do need some help - I have lost the manuel and I cannot remember how to change my voicemail - can anyone help??? I would appreciate it. Thanks Grace.

just to add to my last comment the ebay seller just told me the data cable comes with the soft ware what a bargin you should check out this seller ,has lots more as well great prices vicki

i just brought a cable to fit this phone on ebay from sydney australia seller named;ebuyphone 99.7 positive $12.95 hope this helps ,i have not found software yet ?

when my mum first got the phone i thought it was good, but it's worthless it does nothing really, now i have to have it for a year cause we don't have enough money to get two new phones. This phone is useless

I inherited this phone from my wife handing her my new Vodaphone It is without a doubt a piece of junk that I intend to replace as soon as practicable.

I bought this phone thinking it would be good. I was sooo wrong. After having it for 4 months it reset itself. Took 3 weeks for them to repair it, and then I had to send it back another 2 times anyways. Finally got it back and working and 10 months later the new battery is shot!
I only get 5 mins of talk time before it dies on me!
And to make it even worse I am stuck on contract with it for another 9 months!
DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!! You will regret it!

this phone is crap! i got it when it first come out and it was fine, but now its just crap. it has bad battery life, no infrared bluetooth video anything with worth. takes average photos, is really only good for making calls and texting but recently it goes out of reception easily and i have to turn it off and on again to make it worth. it also sometimes when i receive a message keep vibrating and when i open it it goes blank. i dont recommend this phone

Seems like everybody has right.worst phone of 3rd generation. by 1 year searching for a program to download some photos from phone.don't find them yet

i cant wait for my contract to end. like a couple of posts below it was a present. now my provider is ripping around $500 outta my dad for the most basic, boring, pathetic phone. the camera is bad, battery life is bad, its has NO features no connectivity, except that stupid imode thing, which is also a rip off. i mate the way you can record audio clips etc, but not use as ringtones or anything. what a waste of resources (and my fathers money) for a exspensive rip off.

i got this phone in sept 2005, since then i have sent it off under warrenty because it kept freezing and coming up with a black screen, after that it was fine for a few months, then it started doing that again intimitantly... however just a week ago the silly thing did it and deleted EVERYTHING, my tones, pictures, messages. I was furious! This phone is a hunk of useless crap, it doesnt have speaker phone, infared, bluetooth, the dictionary cant recognise simple words, it doesnt have games either. I did however find the camera was ok.. not best nor worst. There are 2 options in sending photos; ones write in multimedia message the other one is write mail, both send, however not always reliable. All in all dont get it!
