Hey people, this phone is only made by LG. But the software is provided by google. The phone has a big nexus logo and a little lg logo. And when it boots, it shows Google and Nexus not lg. I hope you will understand that it is a google flagship not a Lg one.
Ashif_Lalbag_Dhaka, 12 Nov 2012Its seems google is exploding again... But, from the box contain info on the Google Play st... moreYes, you are right. It won't come with any headphones included. And even it is wireless charging capable, there won't be any wireless charger either.
Had the worst experienced with cracked screen LG flagship phone in the past.

Anonymous, 12 Nov 2012i wanna get this phone!!!!!!!!!! in-sha-allahisa
Hello GSM Arena - when will you do a full review of this phone??! It has already launched in most western markets. And you have not even previewed it, which is very strange because with its specs and its low price, this could emerge as *the* one of the most popular Android phones soon.
the nexus 4 supports on-the-go USB flash drive.. just buy a 64gb otg and your ready to go
love the way it looks.
HATE the fact that it has no micro sd card. also , hardware could be a little better. I wanted to wait for this phone but the lack of micro sd slot makes it redundant.
aki, 11 Nov 2012bro...i am thnkng of orderin it 2.. plz tell me ur review whn it is delivered thnxSure thing.. I will
brynn, 12 Nov 2012So everywhere you go has a nice fast internet connection..The cloud is useless with a network ... moreYes, 99% of the time I'm in a very good signal area so this phone makes sense for me. Cloud storage is the future and there's no denying this, I agree that it could be the achilles heel of the Nexus 4 to offer limited storage for users in low signal areas however 3G signal is improving all of the time and by the time 4G LTE hits the same coverage that 3G has currently, there will be another Nexus phone with 4G.
I'm excited that my signal is so good that I can have this phone, and my Jelly Bean cake, and eat them both at the same time. But not to worry as Ice Cream Sandwich users should get Jelly Bean rolled out soon, so you can have a new OS and your chosen device with storage options.
There's no headset included in the BOX. That's the disappointingpart... hmmm
himansh, 12 Nov 2012with no hard feelings man (LG-never)...but do u even know what nexus actually means ??? u r sa... moreGoogle's software support is good but not at all.
Actually it is area/land/country depended and you will not download software updates from Google, it is from LG.
Just like other Nexus models HTC and Samsung.
The best opportunities of Nexus devices are pure android and Google patches problems very frequently but which means not you'll have device support from Google.
Do not take my responses as offensive, I just warn people about LG phones.
I know build quality is descent but it is not enough.
Bluemotion, 12 Nov 2012With the Nexus 4, 16Gb of internal storage is more than enough when you consider that you can ... moreSo everywhere you go has a nice fast internet connection..The cloud is useless with a network signal and fast enuf to stream content..I like my smartfone to work its 2012 and we are going backwards this is suppossed to be Googles flagship device,,
Was buying one and got drawn into price which is bargain but having second thoughts now,
well the only con is the storage space if you are living in a 4g less area. Im pretty happy about this phone and looking forward to buy this. I love the nexus series and the android os! u'll get a bunch of mods and development from the guys at xda.
for all who are thinking 16 gb is enough, guys u should accept the fact that u are living in the year 2013!! not in the 90. Now more space = more movies + more songs + more pics + more videos + more fun! now each hd game takes 1-2 GB space. so will need huge storage space. I happy we can connect pendrives and ext hdds to our android phones!! thanks to google and thanks to the guys at android!!
this phone is amazing (untill the new a15 phone is out)
Its seems google is exploding again...
But, from the box contain info on the Google Play store, there is no earphone included...
Is this true, this phone will be sold without the earphone...?!!?
I have one biiig question about the on screen / virtual buttons: how do you edit them?? The screen is 15:9 aspect ratio and with the on screen buttons on it the aspect becomes 14:9, and the thing is that I HATE black bars, and I don't want apps to run with black bars, and also many apps are HD (1280*720) so having an app running in 1196*672 (that's the 16:9 resolution the app is going to take in the remaining area) will make it become blurry(not working in native resolution).
But then it hit me: the phone has 48 pixels on the side beside the HD screen. What if I could place those virtual buttons in that place, cause many of the apps that I have mentioned work in landscape mode. But the problem is that I've seen that on the Galaxy Nexus the buttons stay in the same place, they just rotate the orientation. But on the Nexus 7, the virtual buttons rotate with the image and app.
So, is it possible to make the virtual buttons move to the long part of the phone / the 48*1280 part when in landscape mode like it happens on the Nexus 7 ( the buttons always remain on the bottom of the screen, even when rotate ) in some way?? And I know about the option to remove them at all, but then android becomes tricky..
