hello there . im thinking about buying LG Optimus Black right now . And i concentrate on the audio specs more ,and the review said it had bad audio quality ? can someone shine some light on it . hows the sound quality for LG Optimus Black ,loudspeaker mode and earpiece mode .. please :(

Folks, 2 questions:

1. Is the android 2.3 upgrade available yet??
2. Some reviews said that audio quality is not so good. does it bother much and impact even the ringing volume, or is it fine to live with.
