hi all, im thinking to get one of these LG phones as it looks stylish and can get it for good price. my question is whether it is a better phone in general than a htc wildfire that i would like sell. thanks for your help

I buy lg p970 about 1year,but my phone 3times/day automatic switch off after few second switch on. anybody can help my problems?

After update to ICS, the phone is very laggy, can't even play subway surfers without lag. If I use the browser it takes 2 minutes before I can type in the address.
So i wouldn't recomment this phone, or update to ICS

Cant root the damn phone, even with the drivers installed and LG PC suite it fails to recognize the device only charging making it difficult to root via PC

tried all the root tools z4root, Uni-Androot ginger break didn't work

so frustrated need jellybean so badly if anyone has a solution hit me up

Just root your phone.. you will get tons of fonts in romtoolbox pro. ^^

Can nebdy tell me hw to change the fonts. I can not change the font in ICS upgrade. ICS is having only 3 fonts :(

Fantastic phone.i reccomanded to buy this mobile.it is pretty good run very smooth on ics but u need one tym reset.

I just updated my lg optimus black since about 3 weeks.. it was working fine, but i felt a bit laggy, so i did soft reset,now everything is fine except wifi.. it keeps saying "obtaining IP address". any one can help?? i searched internet... but all workarounds and fixes didnt work. thanks.

I jut did the upgrade to 4.0.4 and it is fantastic! my opinion is that is working better now ! it is faster then 2.3.4

I recommend it!

Please do not upgrade to ICS ! It will drain your battery like anything, GB is far far best
