Well i have the phone since a month ago... It's great, but in Jellybean version... there are a lot of bugs! However, you can restore to the previus ICS Android Version by flashing the phone. Search on the internet for "flashing LG Optimus L7 P700", find the best solution described and follow the steps!

hai friends since few months am using lg l7, as my experience am not satisfied becz RAM only 512 , processor only single core as well as frond camera is very bad..even i coudnt play temple run like games. and hd videos.now am typing from my l7 , i want to buy another one but resale value also very less.

However, you should be careful that once you have opfated to Jellynean. You cannot go back to Android 4.0 ICS..

I have this phone, it's not bad actually. I like design, and camera quality is pretty good too if you know how to normally take pictures. (:
But there is problems with battery, it doesn't last long - half a day maximum. Another problem is that it is lagging to much, and that's really annoying.
I'd give this phone 7/10.
