Battery life is not great, i mean very bad. I change battery every 6 hours evethough i dont use oftenly, rest others things are great.......

HSPA and LTE are GSM, though nobody's called it that since 2G days. Most phones bought from the carrier are vendor locked. If its that important to you, try manually installing Ice Cream Sandwich. If you use an unlocked image, you'll get an unlock...
