This phone is pretty fast for a 3g & outdated s1 snapdragon processor...especaily knowing that most metro 3g phones is not a seller and failed at most.

i have the phone. it is a great phone works well and is (VERY) fast, for a 3g phone!

it doesnt support EDGE/GPRS?! does that mean i can't send MMS or use mobile internet?!

I don't know how you even got an M.A ,you don't deserve it if you correct other people's grammar in English even though you can't talk in proper English grammar yourself.

Pros: HUGE memory space (2.8 Gb between internal memory and phone memoru)
AMAZING Camera (5mp with auto focus)
Super fast for a "slow" single core (800mhz)
Sexy Form factor
Super Slim
Gorilla Glass
PRICE
GOOD 3G Speeds

Cons: No Front facing Camera
Battery Could last longer (But then the phone would be thicker)
2g/3g only
No Auto-brightness Sensor

Summary: WOW, a phone from metropcs that is actually money well spent. The remastered version of the coveted and extremely popular Optimus series is one to make head turns from miles away.

Camera
-Top Notch for what you pay for. I dare say even better than the iPhone 4 camera

Memory
-2.8GB! Unheard of on a metropcs phone that is not 4g capable

Processing Speed
-Uber fast for a single core processor (800mhz)
-Feels just as fast as the LG Esteem and light-years faster than the Samsung Admire
Display
-Nice, bright, and vivid. Even when the brightness level is low

Phone Operations
-Smooth as butter. Switching effortlessly from one app to the next without any noticeable stagnation

Call Quality
-Pretty good for what you paid for

App Compatibility
-Most if not all the Apps on the market are playable on this phone unlike the other 3g androids on metro

Internet Browser
- Adobe Flash Mobile, something that the phones at a lower price range have trouble using

Internet Speed
- Fast for the metro 3g/2g network. All depends on if your in a home network (Miami, Atlanta, Orlando, Tampa, etc...)
San Francisco is known for slow data speeds overall while Jacksonville and Boston reportedly are the fastest


SUMMARY
For a price point of 150 at the moment (120 at some stores) this phone is a steal. I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed by this phone. for what your getting, you should be paying 300+ for it

Update on battery life
-After a week of use and full charge cycles (100% to 0% to 100%), i have been able to maintain my battery at 58% for the last 11 hours.
-Brightness at 20%
-Screen timeout at 30 seconds
-WiFi off all day
-GPS enabled
