Just a bit confused.
What is the GPU of this phone ( available in India, P895 model ).

Is it GeForce or Adreno 220 ?

Did you try games Temple Run, Temple Run 2...
I did.. but the screen aspect ratio is not being corrected to fit to screen... and also the touch is not working to begin the game....

"When I tap at one position "ex: say button START GAME" then the response is being triggered somewhere down and another button is being triggered." so strange.. and fed-up with games playing...

Would you mind to advice how did u play games?

cant wait for JB on Vu... it will be like having both optimus g and Vu2 :D... but the 2nd quarter already started and they said it gonna be released on the 1st quarter... well thats LG, but its okay :D

I like your review, yesterday I brought the mobile..
and my verdict also the same...
Everything perfect, expect Camera picture quality & battery life 5-6hrs

With the price drop recently to about USD 400 its a good buy. Battery last about 6 hrs with average use. Screen is good, very responsive while texting or writing memos. Many complain about its odd shape and indicate that its not convenient for telephony like calling. Agreed, but of 6 hrs of daily use maybe we might speak for max 1 hour. Rest of the time we browse, text and play multimedia files. It wont let you down with size when you get used to VU. Camera though is not so good. I expected much better quality camera. On speed of use, its extremely fast. Even emailing, browsing, chatting etc work like breeze and I found it much faster communicating with Optimus VU than Galaxy Grand which is also 5". Overall its not the best device but its well worth having it at a lowered present price.

Just now I brought my new LG Vu P895, thats awful to see the battery drain issue..
No SIM inserted, mobile in flight mode, WiFi turned-off, all necessary things turned off and I kept the mobile a side for 2hrs.

I wonder how come the battery drain by 10%. Unlike other phones consumes 1% max in flight mode for appx 2hrs.

I'm scared that if I start using phone and 3G as well... battery drains like leaking water bottle.. pls advice wht to do...

i m using optimas vu from last 5 months its very very nice phone if u use this phone guaranteed and dam sure u love LG i dont have words really its one of the best mobile in the world
