Satu, 09 Aug 2017Should I go for moto g5 or Lg q6????You should buy LG Q6 because moto g5 has low options
Anonymous, 11 Jul 2017Id like to see something under 130mm tall with a 5.2 inch display. Sony did 131mm tall with a ... moreI second that. I am willing to go as high as 135 mm tall, and can give full leeway for thickness - which means they can give a decent 5" screen, pack in a beautiful camera with all bells and whistles without any ugly protrusion and a high capacity battery. Well, add solid speakers too. Take 200 gms and 8-9-10 mm thickness.
Add IP68 too
But give us a solid phone that's truly wireless (wire it for charging only late night).
MANIBHATIA, 06 Aug 2017Bro, facial recognition is not new. I had that in Samsung galaxy Note 1, almost 6 years back. ... moreAgreed....face detection has been openly introduced by Samsung in galaxy grand even....it's not a new thing and having security status also low
Lg has always had better cameras.......so even though a not so powerful processor this phone is for camera lovers and display lovers.......LG Q6 has fantastic optical image stabilization (OIS)....you can jog and take a video and still the video will be stable. the camera and display .........thumbs up......batter and performance .........average.
Anonymous, 06 Aug 2017Watching some reviews, the phone looks absolutely great. The display is nice, build is superb.... moreI just compared LG Q6 with a Motorola Phone (Moto G5 Plus), I think moto is great. And price is less than 16 k for moto. What you think? Shall we go for LG ? or moto?
Anonymous, 31 Jul 2017It has facial recognition for login instead. Which is new, especially when it's suppose to w... moreBro, facial recognition is not new. I had that in Samsung galaxy Note 1, almost 6 years back. And mind it, that worked in almost all lightning condition.
GSMArena, this device has an old school Micro-USB port 2.0 and NOT the Type-C port as mentioned on your specs page. Could you also list the sensors ?
I really feel bad for this device. Despite having a display to drool for, it gets crippled by mediocre specs. For reference, the performance on J7 Pro, which is similarly priced, is going to be a tad better while also having an adequately sized battery to match.
-28nm Manufactured Snapdragon 435
-(Don't know about missing sensors)
Are some of the reasons keeping it from being competitive. At least the battery capacity should've been more than just 3000mAh considering that huge high res screen coupled with an inefficient chipset.
Anonymous, 06 Aug 2017Watching some reviews, the phone looks absolutely great. The display is nice, build is superb.... moreAlthough that sounds, and even looks cool under well lit conditions, but what about low light areas ? Will it still be accurate enough ? I doubt it...
Why do these mid range phones come with the lower end version of snapdragon processor? They could have provided at least 625 version. Laggy processor kills the worth of the phone
Watching some reviews, the phone looks absolutely great. The display is nice, build is superb. Camera quality also awesome, except stabilization issue in video. UI speed and app opening fast without lags.
For me, I dont use fingerprint sensor, I have tried phones with rear fingerprint sensor, which are uncomfortable to reach and front sensor which being low makes uncomfortable to hold phone. Very difficult to unlock while commuting in crowded bus/train. Even dropped it once. So I dont use fingerprint sensor. I think face recognition is superior for such situation.
Will buy this, if priced under 17000 INR
Moto g5 plus beats this in almost every aspect! Display might be better on LG q6 bt in rest, moto g5 plus all the way..
