I have been using this phone for 1 year now.
Pros
1. Dual Active Sim - It is very useful, no question about it.
2. Wireless Radio - Works like a charm, very cool.
3. Conversation style SMS- sms is displayed like conversation, which is quite useful
4. Photo at 2mp is actully quite nice.
5. Music is quite loud and clear. the headphones are quite good.
6. You can type in 7 Indian languages and the phone language itself can be changed!
7. Email and facebook and twitter works with inbuilt apps.
8. All regular apps available.
Cons
Worst keypad- This is the worst keypad I have used. I hate typing sms in this phone. I realized why Nokia wins in ergonomics.
Everytime you press a key, an annoying sound, like water dropping or something comes. Quite embarrassing when you realize you can't change it. My friend says we can, but the other sound is equally worse. But dont worry you will get used to it.
Glossy look - sweat, dirt, smudges this phone takes it all and the nice steely look will soon wear off and you'll get the original black underneath.

dont waste your money on this crap..
i used it some 6 months back...
there is no music player..u have to play songs 1 by 1.
no playlist.. camera zooms only upto a level.. which is very unsatisfactory.. battery backup is pathetic..
DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP..

Its a nice mobile. Only issue is songs will be stopped if we open messages.

dear all,
can any one let me know that how can you send a MMS through 365, mah frnd send her pic but i m not been able to open the pic from this. is there any option to open it or the 365 is full of dumb functions.
hope that i m wrong at my point and get a clean reply.
(this is my 2nd LG phone last one is GM 200 - really good sound quality but all other functions are bad)

Hi all I am bit confused reading ur opinions I have been using this phone for over an year and faced none of the mentioned problems its working fine.I get everthing from it the battery backup is greats charges very quickly and lasts very long. I never faced problems of battery dying out even for 3 days of continuous usage. Dual sims works fine its fast and never ever hanged. No probs with it is a goog economy phone for general usage. :-)

Friends its really a bad cell... my cell is now nothing but it is dead.. i've given to service center also, no use.. now its not even a 100rs worthey.. better to put in dustbin or showcase..
Some told its s/w problem, some said keypad prblm, thn told its board problem.. So really a bad cell.. exactly after 1year of prchse i dnt hav tht cell in wrking condition..
Please any suggestions to recover tht??????:(
