my lg-s365 is not working now. can the software be changed? how much will it cost? it fall in the water after which it stopped working.

This LG S365 is the worst model i have used so far..

Cons:
- at dual sim active mode it hangs up frequently ( and i have pull out the battery and switch on it)
- some times it automatically shuts down
- only few app can be used bcoz of it basic java verison
- We can't play You tube videos or any other video version (As it only supports .3gp) datz really pathetic
- camera quality is Worst
- key pad numbers is on single pad ( no separate key distinction)there is much possiblility of pressing end button while pressing 3.

Pros:
The only good thing abt this Mobile is
- Because of it metallic shiny finish it looks stylish
-very sleek compared to other mobiles

If anyone want to take my suggestion on purchasing this, then its is a "BIG NO"

it is full of features. Display, look all are gr8. You can edit in indian languages as well with T9 feature. But if you put second sim to it(in any slot), it will start singing with SHUT ON TUNE every now and then(it will auto reboot).

dont go for this one honestly telling u friends......i m suffring lot. i am using it last two months... searching for a new one, pls sugest me which is a better dual sim ph in this range wheather Nokia/samsung.........i want to simply through this phon to dustbin

It is a good phone for general users . It has solved major user problems faced while using other brands. Price is also low comparing its features. Key pad is not good. Unfortunately this model is not available in many places.

I have been an unfortunate purchaser of this phone....Well from Day 1 onwards i have faced the problem of the phone haning up when in a conversation there by cutting it short.....Moreover the speed of internet is pathetic in this phone.....And within a period of 5 months the audio jack went bust....Another big problem with LG is their service at most of their service centres....It has only a few service centres which are really up to the mark....
Though this phone has really good looks and the font and display is large....I believe that if the basic function is not working fine then there is no point in buying this phone....
My personall suggestion would be to never buy any LG pone(As earlier had used their CDMA ones also in which also the expeience was very bad )

I have purchased a lg s365. It is good phone of it's kind. It has call recording, call reject, good sms, phone security and all a 2g phone user. A good phone.

When I am in call with sim 1 in the same time if someone call me is getting "Unavailable option" ... is there any need to change in setting option ...Pls help

There is a major problem of hang in lg mobile phones so plz never go wid a LG phone.......
The operating systems of lg Phones is the worst OS comparitably to the other OS.

I don feel lg s365 is a good phone. Its processing is very slow and also internet speed is too much slow.aplications which is downloaded doesnot works. And its 2mp camera is useless..
