Just got my new LG T5100. Must say the phone is realy nice, just wanted to know if any one can tell me if it's possible to change the external LCD's picture, besides just using the default ones

I just bought this phone off of ebay for $330. I hadn't read these comments before hand, though, and i wish i had. I'm only 14 and was looking for something cheaper than my original phone (V600, motorola) which phone is better? and seeing as im younger, would i still enjoy this phone even if u guys say its crappy? coz i don't need all those special feature things.

after reading all those bad comments about this phone i still went on to buy it .. and i found no problem with the phone.. in fact i think its a great phone do not listen to all the bad comments trust me .... but there are only to flaws though the are : missing bluetooth and cannot use mp3 as yur ringtones other than that the phone is great

To be frank, I hated this phone immediately after i get it. But gradually, I begin to appreciate the nice ergonomics and user-friendliness of the phone. When I have in mind to get another phone, I realise nothing had came close to T5100 and everything else better would cost so much more.

Hello!
I have this stupid phone for 4 months.It has no good software and it's a little bit slow.NO BLUETOOTH AND NO EXTERNAL MEMORY CARD.Another cros of this mo bile is the cheap quality of the plastic and the very low second hand market value!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a problem with the camera of T5100 and i want to reinstall the software for the camera please send me the software for the camera so that it can work properly and also the guide how to install the software otherwise send me the link of the software for the camera.

i have had this phone for about 4 months and i love it,i payed around $800 australia dollars for it.It hasnt let me down yet so fingers crossed.After reading all the posts here i can see you all need to read the book that came with your phone

Corrections to the Specifications:
Turns 180 degress. Not 270.
Mp3 Playback is possible but not as ringtone.

As common as most LG phones, the phone comes with two batteries. It also have a serial cable and a USB cable. USB one is for transfering MP3s and Serial cable is more for synchronizing. There is no expansion slot and the onboard memory is a little too pathetic for a MP3 Phone. The quality of the MP3 playback isn't that fantastic as Motorola E398. However I'm contented with the quality as Stereo Earpiece in the package. It is almost not possible to transfer data from this phone to others as there is almost no connectivity. The Infra-red is not working right. Files cannot be transferred to other phones with this infra-red. Without the existence of Bluetooth makes it worse. Video is above average but the photo quality is one of the worst among mega-pixel phones.
Here's the conclusion:

Pros:
Stylish Looking
Good Resolution
MP3 Playback 1.3Mega-pixel Camera
Camcorder

Cons:
No Bluetooth
Incapability of Infrared
No expansion slot
Insufficient Onboard memory

Advice:
If finacially allows, get a better phone. However, this is still an excellent phone if a person wouldn't mind with just one or two MP3s on the phone and some videos and pictures.

bought this phone in april, having problems with mic, have to speak really loud for others to hear me and lately my screen has been going blank. wouldnt recommend it even though it looks pretty good, too bulky aswell. could any1 tell me how 2 use the loudspeaker?

I get a LG T5100.Before I have Nokia mobiles and a lot of Motorola.motorola ok but LG T5100 take the cake.A VERY solid and well working phone.Camera make good pictures as you may get from this type of phones.Working a little post in photoshop they get very nice.Very sensitiv and make contact on places with week base covering.

I have this phone for a few days now.
screen is beautiful.
there is only one thing i cant get mp3`s on
the phone because i miss a part of the usb driver.
it is not on the original cd-rom that came with the phone. and i can`t find it on the internet ,so this realy sucks.
can anybody help me.
i am working on a 2.4 ghz intel pc with windows xp pro

Dude this phone STINKS...

Bought it for 1240 ringgit(us$326) ,tought it was a bargain but it wasn`t... Not even 2 weeks this phone camera can`t work already... regret!!!! MP3 only 5 songs can go in so little memory.... microphone is damn useless... u need hands free kit to talk properly n that sometimes it work n sometimes it don`t...

LISTEN...DON`T BUY IT!!!!

i want to be able to set an mp3 as my ringtone, but ive been everywhere on the phone and it tells me nothing, and when i look on the net it says it can. dang, help

it might look nice style and unique for tis phone
BUT with mp3 video and camera with such a low memory without external memory its awful

mp3 cant set as ringtone
low battery time usage
no bluetooth
no external memory

not worth buyin it!
compare with nokia 6260 better
see it for yourself
