I have worked in the mobile phone industry since 1983 and hae to say this is the best phone I have ever used. I work for a major airtime distributor and have had 1000's of phones over the years. Only one complaint NO BLUETOOTH. You can by a BT Dongle for the headset socket bit it ruins the phones sleak looks... My advise is to use the handsfree option in car as it is pleanty loud enough.. just hold down C button for 3 secs..

Reefe this phone is locked to 3g and not easily unlocked. Why would you want to anyway - you wont find a cheaper network. If your worried about coverage and call drop you can manually roam to O2 but you will lose out on 3's excellent content, Its free for the first month on contract so use all u can and you will never go back to slow boring GSM

I'm having problems with the PC sync software. It works most of the time, but certain things make it crash and I have to restart my machine. Any patches out there for Windows ME?

To stop freezing after PC sync you need to have the confirmation tone on.

I've been given this cute little U8110 for my B'Day - but I find the manual is not helpful. Where can I find comprehensive, yet clear and useful instructions for someone like me,who just needs a mobile to be user-friendly?

Messages in outbox are in random order with no dates. When downloaded to mt PC the dates field is blank ??? Help appreciated. Yes it hangs to on disconnect but its a good phone otherwise - more memory needed though

the LG 8110 is the best phone on 3's network by far don't waste your time with the NEC's or MOTOROLA's they suck
The LG is very easy to use, the camera is much better than the NEC's and the LG is smaller, if you are gonna join 3 get this phone
