My phone suddenly froze one day and everything was all over the place, there was strange words everywhere, and I had to get the softeware updated!!! They have now told me that I have to go to the Care Centre every 2 months to get my software updated!!! Has anyone else had this problem??

i have got dis fone and im actually quite happy wid it and i luv itz design and everything about it and i dont mind it having a rotating camera and i luv itz flash light becoz itz good for taking pictures in pitch black

hey there! got d LG 8120 for bout 2wks now and its pretty kool! and here's sum handy answers? ok maybe ",)...
| It doesnt hav bluetooth but dat doesnt bother me...
|i dnt think u can change the tone for d messages xcept d ones provided.. u can giv ur contacts a distinct ringtone wen u edit d number plus, u can add images too! try the avatar cuz they r so kyut!!
| it shows host not found wen ur trying to connect d internet bcuz ur not in d 3G mode... ur probably in Roaming or sumthing... ask ur dealer wer are d 3G Areas
| wid d ascending mode? i dun think i have come across to that in my phone but if its very loud... just turn d ring volume down or sumthin?
|there is built in handsfree... wen in a call... hold d "C" - clear button on d right wid d picture of a speaker and it should switch to handsfree...
++ huge memory... d best fone so far out in the 3 network... and battery lasts me for a good couple and i use my fone for fotos, videos, call and msgs so dats really good!
Though im wondering if any of u has succeeded in connecting d phone and d pc and uploading songs or images thru? could u please submit an opinion here and ill make sure to come bak and check this again ... post some handy tips with downloading ringtones and images thankx so much!!! x0x ",)

Hi All,
Can any one please tell me how to revert to normal mode of incomming ringtones from the ascending mode, meas in ascending mode the ring tones start from low level volume to high (which i did accidently). There was ascending mode, now I am unable to find the same in the profile section of settings.I called the customer service 9 times and they all are/was helpless. I have reset the handset from settings, despite of that all efforts were in vain.
Can any one Please help me to rectify this problem ?

1 thing that i can't stand about this handset is the stupid rotating camera!
how much extra will it take to have 2 fixed cameras?
thats 1 area where nec are still in the lead!

hi there got one yesterday: its a great phone, easy to navigate, brilliant quality pictures easy to use.
but there is a few questions i need to ask;
1) Is there anyway of selecting the tone for when you get a text message
and
2) whenever I try to view a website it comes up: "COMMUNICATION - HOST NOT FOUND"
What do I Do?
