got this phone as a loan when my K850i stuffed up, this phone is the worst ive ever used, the menu is so badly set out, cant take a memory card and the USB is so slow and it weights too much and is too big.

I have used many mobiles over the years and I can swear to anything that this is the worst phone that I ever had. It only has IR (no bluetooth) but you can't use it (however hard you may try.) So you can take snaps but can't transfer, print etc. You can listen to MP3 only if you could somehow transfer MP3 files to the phone. My advice- Better stay disconnected than going for this phone.....

sorry my bad english i'm a romanian girl i have this phone for about 2 years and i'm pleased whit it but the only thing that stres me is the signal.it is very bad.not always specificly in the most important conversation:))

lg u8330 is the worst fone i never have.no synchronisation, no blue touth, no infrarouge easly used....

I lives in Viet Nam. When i got this fone LG U8330 i fell great, but just few days later i think this fone is useless. no cable, no web, no software, no thing work. just make a call, messsage, no things more. who know how can use it so usefull, please tell me. my Email: sanriotra@yahoo.com.vn

Www. lgmobile . Com and if the site ask you to take a location, chose uk (united kingdome) otherwise you may not find this modele. You can even find this software with emule, just enter lg phone menager :):) i use this phone for 16 month and all work perfectly, i use Opera Mini 4.1 on it, but the IR work only for computer for transfer data. I have a phone of this model.presently the battery is not working properly.so i need to replace a battery.but the proble is i can not find a battery with 1400mAh.only 1200mAh batteries are avaialable in my country.is it ok to use this type of battery?will the phone not be harmed?

For everyones effort, the software doesn't work and hasn't worked for most people by the look of it. Please fix it soeone who is smart!!!

I have one of these phones and it doesn't work when I try to connect it to the computer!! On the internet, it seems that no one can connect them so if anyone finds out how to fix this I suggest that you spread the word because it will help a lot of people!!!
