the phone works.very good battery time. just dont buy it from somebody else..buy a new one..it supports 1Gb microSD memory card.camera works best with natural light, nice pictures.I like it

So..i have an LG U8360 ,but he doesen't read the "ACC" format or "MPEG4", i tell u fosr shure. And he can hold 100 send, received and missed calls. so check phones before publicate informations about them!please excuse my language!

I bought this phone recently, and i have found it to be brilliant for its price. My opinion of Pro's and Con's follow.

Cons:
Flash could be brighter.
Can't pause Java apps, or listen to music while using Java apps.
The aerial! ugly.
You can't change the function of the softkeys.
MP3 Player volume doesn't go high enough
No shuffle function for MP3 Player

Pros:
Fantastic screen - Both
Expandable memory - Hot swappable
Camera - brilliant for its resolution
Loudspeaker
Reception - So much better than my old samsung x640
Reading txt messages on outside screen - I use it all the time!
Good battery
Back casing - Easy to remove, but doesn't come off by itself.
Stereo Headphones - Volume control on them!
Video playback - Love the fullscreen feature.

the lg is a great fone i consider it stax better then my old razr peice of crap i jumped in a pool with cos i forgot it was in me pocket this fone is not fat BRAD PAUL read the book THREE IS THE MAGIC NUMBER

Hi

I have just got a LG U300. I have installed the phone manager that came on the cd. I have read all the instructions about connecting the phone to my PC using the USB cable. Everything seems to be connected A OK except when I select a COM Port - I don't have one with a * star next to the number. I have tried connecting using a couple of various ones but none seem to work. What does it mean when I don't have a COM Port with a star next to it!? Please help!

my daughter was recently given this phone and although the sim is new and it's fully charged it wont turn on and the screen is red/orange. Any suggestions ...

ok,i got pics dowmloade dto my computer.

the video is my next hurdle..

i can get it up on my lg manager BUT
i cant seem to watch it as it is a gp file,,,
how do i convert from gp to avi,,or something like that so i can send my movie over the internet.? please help this silly oldman

thank you shayne, i wondered about the 2g memory,
ok i got the phone but for the life of me i cant get it to go on the computer i have a usb cable but nothin seems to happen ,,in the commport i dont get a * on any of my port# ,,i know im very stupid ,thanks for your time

to "jj": no offence but thats one of the most stupid things i have heard. OF COURSE YOU HAVE TO PAY! If you are going on 3, they are 3 bucks a song and i would suggest u download from bigpond music on the net for half the price and put them on through usb cable.

it is a gr8 fone all the features for cheap and a 512mb memory card doesnt slow it down a bit.

I am thinking of getting this phone and I am from perth. I heard that it gets sold out really fast. When downloading songs for MP3 in the phone, do you have to pay?

this is to the person 'WONDERING' yes a 2gb card would heavily slow the fone down, a 1gb slows the phone down bad, a 512mb slows the phone down little bad and the 256 slows it down only selecting the files that have lots stored in them for me its sounds that has 33 files in it, when u want to pick it its slowsa down for 4 seconds then goes on it. and 128mb will just make it rune fine

some1 said a 512 memory card slows the video down,,so you saying a 2 gb would do the same???????????

i think i have got the best fone i can get for $169 and to all those people who are having problems with theirs take your time to read the book seriously it helps.
if you want a good cheap fone with heaps of features this is the fone for you

hey with the dude b4 this one go to transfer when u are at the lg phone manager screen then click set com port click the one that looks like this ie : COM PORT 9* click that now press connect on the transfer bit -u shouldve plugged ur fone in by now ok katch ya ll later and if you have any questions submit ur opinion on ere ill reply back PS: i am a master of all phones

i know that plenty of peoplpe have said this here but for my lg u8360, i tried to install this but it didnt install and something comes up telling me to pick a com port or something like that. should i just give that up and get a bluetooth dongle
if any1 has a solution could they please email me on nasirr786@hotmail.com

ok every one that cant put stuff from ur pc on ur phone simple after installing lg phone manager from the installation cd u get with the phone open that and connect your phone then opent the lg phone manager up, it now should come up with a screen with a phone on it click contents on the left side of the page then it should come up with a screen up top of the page click transfer then it should say set com port clik the com port* with the star and tick usb. then ok it then go back to transfer and click connect it should say on ur phone connected. Now whatever u want to put on the phone locate it not on the lg phone manger but on ur pc and double it by puttin the mp3 or image on the desktop now whatever u put on ur phone must be doubled or else u lose it off ur pc and on to ur phone. now back on the lg phonemanger on the left side should be like desktop and stuff click my computer on it then lg phone then it should say card if you have one or image sound video click the folder which u want to store whatever u want then back to whatever file ur puttin on the phone drag that to the folder u selected and wala its on then the file on the desktop you doubled earlier put that back where u found it. Then to finish up clik transfer then disconnect. You have sucessfully transfered a file to ur phone im sorry if this sounds complicated but it works. Lg u8360 rox buy this phone and only get a 256mb card a 512 makes it run slower, camera good video good bluetooth good everything else is good.
