i could not transfer files between my laptop and phone(U8380)despite following all the instructions on user guide.I also could not send messages using the blue tooth.can anyone or LG electronics or 3mobile services help me out?

Please can somebody e mail me to explain how I download install drivers from the LG site. I always receive a 'No Data Found' message. Am using XP!

i purchased 2 of these LG U8380 phones both will not send texts, both are brand new and are with seperate repaires who are trying to overcome the problem (beware)

I never used this handset but my customers say its rubbish & bulky.Not at all convienient to use & carry.

Nice mobile phone, but it has dificulties on operation system. I can't find for example where is the wap push messages.

This is possibly the worst phone I have ever had. Does anyone else have problems when trying to text ? Not very smooth at all. You cant just glide accross the keys when texting, but actually have to hit them hard to make sure correct message is being sent

I have this phone for 4 mounts. This is the best phone ever. But I don't like that it has only 24 MB memory. How can i transfer avi files. It says: Avi files can be transferd only on the avi folder. The Avi folder does not exist and i cannot create another folder.

I have the phone since o month and i had installed the usb driver.All worked perfectlly until one day I saw an error like this ,,can not create c:\localsettings\lgphonefolder\images>D or sounds>d.How can i resolv this problem.please mail me

Use LG phone manager to upload music and video from pc to ur mobile.....
Do send me if possible,,, the software that u have installed in ur pc..coz mine is still not working
