What's wrong with Lg phones? G4, G5, V10, and V20 have poor battery performance! Dam it LG. I'm using G4 now. I guess I have to go back to Sammy. I really like the G2!
Lg v20 great smartphone and 100 time better than samsung s7 and especially I phone 7 becauselg v20 fully entertained mobile i phone very bad and dull phone i love lg all smartphone phones

Anonymous, 19 Sep 2016The Savvy product line refrains from "hate", or bashing of the competitor's product to a degre... moreI mentioned hate, not in response to the products, but those who praise the Note 7's battery, while bashing that of the V20. When in reality even the post-recall (In South Korea), re-issued Note 7's battery is already receiving more complaints of overheating, and accelerated degradation.
The Note 7 would have been my choice, had it not been for this fiasco. Samsung has not handled the situation at all properly. Thereby losing trust in their customers for a long time moving forward. The next "we're sorry" phone will have to be a MONSTER with very few issues to gain the trust back.
The V20's battery holds up better than the iphone 7 plus. according to tests. Yet still receives much more flak. (Note it is not all about the battery's size, also the efficiencies of the phone).
As for other issues people take not of in LGs line of products, the bootloop specifically. LG took ownership of the issue, recognized it and made it a full replacement warranty, I had 2 G4's bootloop, warranty replaced the first (LG shipped another within a week, AT&T gave me a free ZTE Maven to have while I waited), which ended up doing the same within a month, to which LG apologized, and offered and sent me a free V10 within 2 days. The V10 has held up for almost 2 years now, and I really like the phone (I don't need a case...I hate cases)
The Bootloop issue in general has only really affected the G4, the V10 and G5 as people claim, are not effected by the same issue. The G4 was a hardware fault in the battery's connection to the board which caused irregular voltages, the V10/G5 had similar symptoms, however the problem was heat dissipation, the temperature sensor would set the phone to shut off due to overheating, then would get stuck in that command until a lower temp was achieved (take your case off or put the phone in the fridge) and voila! it worked again. This also did not effect nearly as many V10's and G5s as the hardware fault in G4s. You're welcome.
Savor , 23 Sep 2016I would be far more concerned about a possible reboot loop issue on the V20 which happened to ... moreMy friends has a G4 and V10 and G5 non of them had a bootloop so stop lying please (3 of them are international version) and they got the 3 at launch so I dont think there is a bootloop on V10 and G5 maybe an some G4's but definetly not the international version because in my country nothing will work except the international because of the companies I asked the service center if someone came to them for a bootloop in any phone they told me no one came to them for a bootloop so shut up please
Lenn K., 22 Sep 2016I will not pay 800 dollars for this phone. They better rethink the price because it will rot ... moreWhy your opinion from iPhone 7?
LG engineers mount "good" martphone, i still money from your
everything is fine, but as per latest version in tech era.. it should have at least 21mp camera and front camera is still 5 mp. disappointed !! remaining every thing is attractive. i am not going to buy this phone just because of cam and no water resistance.

I would be far more concerned about a possible reboot loop issue on the V20 which happened to the G4, V10, and G5. This is a fatal flaw issue with the recent LG flagships and more common than the overblown (no pun intended) Note7 explosion started by the Apple-controlled media to help sell more iPhones.
Beware of any reboot loop with the V20. This is a big and more common found with LG that has been happening the last 18 months. And it could happens even if it the phone doesn't overheat. Avoid LG like the plague if these issues still exist for the V20. This engineering flaw is LG's planned obsolescence.
It just me or the frontal part of this device has a rather uncanny resemblance with BlackBerry Z10.
63h rating is still better than iPhone 7. Also, where is the official review for this? These numbers could change. Remember this is REMOVABLE. You can always swap it for a bigger one. If the battery explodes, LG doesn't need to recall it entirely. Non removable is backwards thinking.
Why depend your lifetime usage with a phone on the life expectancy of a sealed battery? All batteries degrade. The S7 edge will degrade too. Don't be fooled by better battery life that happens to be sealed. Non removable is the most important component for planned obsolescence.
In two years, I would rather replace the battery and keep using the V20 then having to replace a Note7 or iPhone 7 Plus entirely or pay high costs for a battery replacement services. All batteries are bound to be imperfect someday. Replace it for $30 for another perfect one. The usage continues...
Sliferman, 19 Sep 2016True, but with that fact that there is a removable battery, it makes it much better than a hig... moreMoreover, with removable battery you can replace the battery to a bigger, higher capacity extended battery. For example ZeroLemon made 3x higher capacity extended batteries for flagship LG and Samsung phones that had / have removable battery (except LG G5 because it has non-removable back cover).
I will not pay 800 dollars for this phone. They better rethink the price because it will rot on the vine at that price.
Based on the assumption that many recent phones fulfill most primary requirements for a decent smartphone I currently have a list of secondary requirements which are a must have for my next phone:
1) Removable battery (my galaxy note 2 is still going strong after 4 years with 1 battery replacement)
2) microSD card slot (I can put a complete season of my favorite TV series on my 64gb sd card and watch for weeks commuting in the train without the hassle of deleting and copying episodes all the time)
3) FM Radio. During cycling from/to train station I listen to the latest songs, get updated with local news/weather and hear jokes. All this on low power usage & no data usage in better quality that many streams.
Very disappointed that this phone does not have FM radio. Why would you not enable this, is it because you get paid by carriers/publishers that want to earn more money?
Will it work with http://nextradioapp.com/ ? In The Netherlands?
Disgustingly poor battery life!! When is LG going to learn and get their heads out of the sand? A classic case of manufacturing mindset disease. Make it as we think it should be and hope it sells.
dear RAFREAL blackberry z10 design its not originally made by blackberry
have u ever know about LG OPTIMUS 3D ?? it was the first basic of this v20 design
LG made the design that was copied by blackberry z10 so in other way ithe v20 it originally made by LG.
I'm impressed as the front it's the same thing my blackberry z10, to the upper speaker is the same format. lg congratulations, made a very handsome smartphone. so should be the next generation z10 ... but the blackberry fled .
