I used this phone for a few months.
Things I don't like about it:
1) It's laggy (but that's expected from most touch phones)
2) Whenever I receive a text message, an alert pops up while I'm typing so I have to close the alert before I can continue (but I think that's custom with other LG phones)
Before I got this phone, I thought a qwerty keyboard would be awesome and the touch screen was a bonus. However, after I've used this phone, I realized I don't like touch screens and I don't need a qwerty keyboard. (I don't text *too* much. I like T9.)
That was my two cents. :)

This phone is the baddest most horrible phone i ever bought. I wanted the phone so badly just like you guys and when i got it i was disappointed. The phone is cute and all but service wise it sucks i had it for att and tmobile.(Now you probably thinking it must be the service i had it for but trust me its not i have a blackberry 8320 and 8220 NO DROP CALLS) . If you live in a apt forget about making calls. Now if u live in a house u might get 2 or 3 drop calls through thats bout it. The phone is super slow when u pressing the screen it delays and many times freezes. Sending text messages sucks since keyboard feels so flat. Text messages do get send quick though. If your looking for a prepaid phone i suggest u get a samsung gravity, blackberry, nokia phone something nice and simple

I've had a lot of experience with different phones. None of them were perfect. I got the Xenon a couple of weeks ago. I dropped it twice and once in a pool. It still works quite well. There is enough space on the back to bling my full name, Athena Polanco-Tineya.Wow!!! This phone is tuly amazing. Buy it if you could. :)

Got my xenon today, as I left my iPhone on the boot of the car and reversed out the drive way, I'll let u just imagine how it looks now. Really like the full keypad great for txrin, touch isn't as nice as the iPhone. And it sucks that there is no wifi. Over all though imnglad I got it...... Hope it stays in 1 piece.

nice phone but the down side is no wifi
wifi would be good since it cuts down mobile internet costs

Great phone.,., the only thing i don't like about it is that it doesn't have wi-fy.,. but other than that,.,. it's a great phone =)

Of course, if you abuse it, it's gonna start sliding funny. And which 'txtses' do you mean -- texting or chatting? But I digress -- I've had no problems with it, and reception is as good as the Razr it replaced, full keyboard is nice. I've been spoiled on touchscreens, so I found mine somewhat less sensitive than I would have liked, but it has to be tough and I've been dealing with Palm and Apple devices so my perspective is skewed. My new one has a very slight rotational play as it slides out, but nothing to worry about. However I would warn people wanting to USB connect this phone that it uses microUSB, not mini-B, which I don't think (but I could be totally wrong) is as common. Altogether not bad though!

worst phone i hate it i wouldnt get it cuz whenevr i slid it open it turned off so i got a new one then tht broke when i droped it once and now its asking for a sim card when i have one in it
