Just a tip that you might find helpful - Try accessing networks and make sure you are set to "automatic". That may help your handset locate your network. In most cases it should sort it out. I am presuming you are having no difficulties with sim cards from other networks. Good luck with getting it sorted.

Not through any importer from what I can ascertain but it is mentioned on the Dick Smith website. www.pricespy.co.nz will allow you to enter a cellphone into the search and it will show you all locations you can buy it and list from cheapest to dearest. Select "communications" from top menu selection then go to "mobile phones" When the options come up down the lhs of the page select "Telecom XT handsets" Price is $500 but currently showing out of stock. Most likely they haven't come into stock as yet as this was first time I saw them listed. Doubt you'll find it anywhere else or as cheap if you could. The importers don't seem to be listing any. Don't be put off that handset is listed under Telecom XT as, as you probably already know, it's got the bands to cover Telecom XT, 2 Degrees and Vodafone. It's gonna be my choice too Ii think when it comes in so I'll race ya for one!

Here in Canada, video calling is starting to become more popular. Please forgive my ignorance with my question. Will the secondary camera on the front of the N97 work with msn messenger to do video calling as well?

if you want to put ringtones on the Xenon it has to beunder 300 kb for it to work has a ringtone

I want this phone so badly , i told my mom i wanted it 4 my 13th bday or 4 xmas since by bday is 2 days after christmas , i really hope she gets it cuz its such an amazing phone and its so nice , im so in love with this phone!!!!!!

everyone is telling samsung impression sucks and then they say lg xenon is the best ... and again the same comments that xenon sucks ... but which is the best phone that have a qwerty slide keypad with gps ????

i got a ringtone and i guess it was too big but i didn't know and i saved it and now every time i go on my sounds thing the phone gets frozen. its ridiculous.. and when im on the phone i can't use the dial pad so i can't delete my voicemail. :/

ok so i got this fone ovr the summer as my first fone. no. do not get this fone if u want a cover on it. it just froze andi have a cell fone hard case on it and i cant even get it off without breaking my fone. its so stressful cause it freezes all the time and whenever it fall even like 3 inches it turns off and it never tells me when someone is calling. i want to switch fone rly bad but i have to pay for my new fone and i had to pay for this 1 and its just not worth it!

When I called AT&T to fix it, they told me different settings to use and it fixed it. Give that a shot and see if it helps. Chances are if phone and texting works, thats the problem. Goodluck
