I was pretty annoyed with the touch screen at first, was about to return it. After the application of a regular screen protector it was much better. The fact that you can't save more than 150 or so text messages is terrible, though, this IS a phone aimed at text messaging? You cant transfer them to memory card. And the buttons to access some web features are right on the keypad, I'd suggest getting we features blocked unless you have an unlimited data plan. Camera is blurry in anything except outdoors pictures. You might get lucky and snap a good one inside occasionally. Keypad is nice, keys are very small (this is on a PHONE).

I havent had many problems untill last night when I got a multimedia message it wouldnt play the sound so while i was wondering why this happened i went to all my sounds and audio and it wouldnt make any noise. i thought oh the phone is on vibrate thats why it wont play them. so i turned my volume up and still no sound... i tried calling from landline several times and it refused to ring. all it would do is vibrate for anything i went through all of my volume settings and everything to try to figure out the problem but it would not work. now its today and still not ringing/playing audio. not sure what the problem is i think the outside speaker is messed up because i can here perfectly fine when i talk on the phone. so i dont know what the problem is.



when i bought this phone it was about $90. not to bad but a little high for a previously used phone...

Has screen touch problems.
I have handle my very carefully for a long time but touch problem suddenly occured and it was beyond repairs

Hey, this phone is good for the simple things but i dont recommend it if your looking for something a bit more up to date, its slow camers isnt that good, sound is good, touch is very touchy.

i actually think its a really good phone. for the first month it kept freezing and turning off, but now its fine. ive had it for 10 months now, and its an amazing phone. ive seen no problems, except for like i said the first month. i wanted the iphone cause of touch except i ahted typing on it, so its an amazing combo for me :) i just hate how the screen gets dirty easily, but whatever. only things i hate about it is how it can only hold like 200 texts, and the battery goes pretty fast. everything else i love.

the phone that have the most issue/touchscreen messing up/dropping calls/it is not a good idea to buy this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Works good for me.
A bit slow, browser's not great.
Only 150 SMSes is a pain though.

So, I need a new phone because mine won't hold a charge, and I really REALLY want this phone. My mom wants to look into it first and see what people rate it, so if you could post your honest review on how it works that would be great! (: thanks!

I have had my xenon for a little over a year now. I love the phone, but in the last few months, it has turned to crap. The screen is coming loose (I take very very good care of my cell phones), it drops calls, it refuses to send text messages for no reason whatsoever, it freezes up, and the internet is horrible: it never loads. This was a great phone until I'd had it for about 6 months. I'm trading it in this week.

can anyone tell me if you can lengthen the time this phone rings before it goes to missed calls? Mine doesn't ring for very long at all!

This Phone sucks!!!! It turns off randomly. The music player is horrible. I would not recommend this phone.

This is one of the best phones i've ever had!! the only bad thing is the bad battery life!! one of my earlier lg phones had the same problem & one of my mates lg mobiles also had a bad battery life!! C'mon lg get the finger out!! & see if you can do something to fix this battery problem huh?

This phone is shit! The touch screen goes out, it shuts off multiple time threw out the day, and the screen is starting to detach from the sides (i have done no physical damage to the phone)

I have also read either very critical or very complimentary reviews about this phone. I've had it for a week or two now, and I'm very satisfied. I read a review that seemed to complain about having to press the screen too hard for it to respond. In my opinion, this is actually a positive feature, as on a lot of phones with very sensitive touchscreens, buttons are often pressed inadvertently. It's fairly simple to use, and as far as technology goes, I wouldn't have it any other way. I like it a lot, and it doesn't take long to become accustomed to the features and functionality.

The phone is decent. It has picture editing on the phone, thats pretty cool. As for the touch screen, its a bit difficult to use at times but mostly good. The web browser is its worst feature. Its usually slow (not because of the network) and somewhat fustrating. It has changeable home screens so that you can have your favorite contacts or shortcuts. You can use the mobile version of youtube and the cv for videos. Overall everythig is pretty good on the phone except for the browser. I suggest you find a free alternate browser on the web (bolt). I give it a 88% B+

The touchscreen I find is a very poor resistive touch (Nintendo DS way superior, same with Nokia 5800), you actually have to press it a bit instead of just slightly touching. Battery life lasts a day on medium to light usage (disable 3g and it doubles, though it's lasted me 3-4 days on light usage; only did it a few days ago so not exactly sure, and my opinion on 'light' usage may differ). Ringtones don't work unless they're below a certain about of KBs and limited memory affects how many msgs you can store in your inbox/sent (I get around 100-150 in inbox before i have to delete). Predictive text is no where close to smartphone quality, so I turn it off. Keyboard is decent, but I prefer touchscreen keyboards (I type faster on em). Overall a good phone once you disable 3G. I don't use it for internet, email, or music but I assume it would be awkward to type a long email with this phone and that the battery wouldn't last a day if you use for online activities.
