This device actually uses Flyme OS 1.0, not Android ICS.

Well, after searching (using GSMArena Phone Finder feature) for an Android device with maximum 4" display, at least 1GB of RAM and tv-out, Meizu MX 4-core poped out as the only device with these specs. Of course, there are other devices that met the required specs, but they aren't made for Europe. I think it's a very good device. This or Xiaomi M1 :)
