Hello I want to Bring a Kind notice, The Products which Micro-max currently giving in cell phones are very cheap.
I want to share my experience of using Micro max cell phone and its service in Patiala, City Center Service Center. The Phone has good features and Designs to attract you. But the Hardware inside Like Selfie Cameras and Board Get heated if you use for bit longer.
I gave my Phone to Micro max Service Center Located in Patiala, City Center. Its almost one month my cell phone is still there.
They don`t not pick Phone .
They messaged me. that your Phones is Fixed, But when you go to pick your Phone, It has same Problem which was reported one month ago. No Testing is Preformed.
They said me we are sending the Phone to Company,But Guess what is not True. People are so much shameless, They don`t see someone is coming from too far to get their phone, They will lie all the time.
Very Very Poor Service and Products. Don`t ever think to Buy Any Products from Micromax

I bought premium segment phone Micromax Canvas Knight A350 , with in warranty period, it stops functioning. I submitted it in the service center for repair. They give me a resolution date but every time, they keep on postponing it.
I've escalated the issue to their Regional Manager Mr. Manjit Ph: 09855489035 also. But all in vain.
Please dont buy their products.
I had purchased Micromax Canvas A310 handset. After 02 months it starts heating badly. I gave it in service center & after 20 days they are saying it will take 20 more days. Their service center condition is also very bad. They are full every time & there is no ethod to attend the customer. If electricity goes then they have no way to deal customer. All screens got switched off. No AC is working there. And if you will call on their number you will find it busy for 30-40 minutes only after that you are able to talk. Very very bad experience. Please don't purchase micromax ever. Micromax is not reliable. Their Global customer care also doesn't know any thing. Their engineers doesn't know what is the fault & how to solve it. Every body is just passing their time in micromax. Very very disappointed.
I am extremely disappointed with the service that Micromax endows. They stand last when satisfying customers is concerned. A total mess they are! There is no proper organised method to attend customers, plus their customer care numbers are always busy. And accidentally if any of their executive picks the call also, its not 10 seconds before they put your call on hold and you'll have to wait for another 10 odd minutes.For instance, I own a Micromax Unite 2 which use to heat a lot which caused the device's motherboard to melt. Me like any other customer gave the mobile for service. The executives at the service center scheduled the delivery after 20 days. I had no choice but to wait. I waited and waited and its the 48th day(7th week), no finalized delivery date yet in spite of all the pestering I did all throught these 48 days. I am fed up!! So please do think twice before going for Micromax. I am totally displeasured with the service they deliver.
micromax makes useless phone .its services are horryfying,always cheating people and harrassing them,never buy a micromax set rather buy a chinese phone.micromax services really sucks
I am 62 years old & I like your mobiles products. But I want additional connectivity of projector, because my eye site are weak, so for clear picture & for other works as lap-top works (exel work) can be done on your mobile.so please give a socket for projector connection. Presently your mobiles are good maximum function & clearty are very good (exlant).

i bought a120 model in may 2014. touch problem in 10 months.given for warenty repair in tambaram. touch working for only 3 hr. given for 3 times service. now the handset in bangalore and given time period for 40 days. what a great?
Worst ever phone is Micromax with full of complaints and worst ever service..Pls stop all your loved ones to buy one .China set is far far better than this.....

This is my worst ever experience with Micromax care-jayanagar Branch especially. I had given them smartphone for touch screen malfunctuining issue. As it was under warranty, they took 25 days to get it changed. I was very happy when the phone was home delivered. But, when I started using it, I am shocked to know that 3 more issues I faced with cellphone. Speaker, Touch screen hang up and simcard pocket loose. Without any option, I delivered the phone to carecentre. As usual, they received the cell for repair. Its now 30 days over, still my cell phone is at thier Gurgaon office. No idea when I will star using for myself !!!
1) Landline is always busy
2) No response from the carecentre team even after self visit
3) When asked for the escallation, they didn't know their manager and his number
Very pathetic. Buyers ... please think trice before you go for Micromax...

I bought a Micromax Canwas 2 phone 5 month ago with warranty of one year. Since starting, phone had many problems as such..Hanging, Camera problem, Heating battery. I also shown my mobile to Micromax service centre, but after some days, same problem. Finally mobile got permanently switched off two months back. Again i shown to customer care, they said phone switched of due to vapor. Now they say they have to change some thing which will cost 9000. This is completely nonsense when you buy a phone with 11000, and within 6 month you again pay this amount Total Cheating. I am expecting a quick response, otherwise i am going to put same comment to social sites and other forum.
Any one thinking of buying Micromax instruments should read this. Before you buy this instruments please visit the service center of Micromax, it is always full and jam packed, I bought a Canvas4, I never switch off my phone, but I did once and then it never turned on, handed over it to exclusive service center, even after 15 days they have not returned my phone, and I am on my spare mobile since then. So please heaven sake nobody should buy this Micromax instruments and it is our moral duty to pack off such cheating companies. Please forward this to as much as possible and ensure such cheats are packed of from our country,better to for another mobile.money less but very huge problems,if ur buying micromax think that ur money had gone...
Micrimax seems to have earned its reputation as a 'cheap brand'. Bought an Android One phone recently - the phone packed up within two months. Gave it for repair - estimated time for repair - 15 DAYS. Unheard of but true. The phone did arrive fully repaired on the 15th day exactly as promised; with one minor issue though - they sent the wrong phone! An A 106 in place of the original.
And their process for fixing their mistake? 'YOU bring the phone back to the service centre and the 'correct' phone will reach you in another 15 days'!!
