One of the worst service in mobile history. Suggesting the people not go to Micromax.
bought a micromax tab which failed to work on 38th day. as per customer care advice submitted the tab to their authorised service centre on 8th dec 2015, still havent received yet. they said it was sent to delhi for repair. so you wait for 30 days for a mobile which fail on 38 days.
DO NOT BUY MICROMAX Phones...
Worst customer service. The toll free number never get connected. Even if connected by chance, it will disconnect very soon. And if we say the problem to them, they will simply say "our technical team will get back to you". This will never happen. Nobody will call you. You have to call them again. After trying 100 times, you may get a chance to speak to the customer care person, and again the story repeats, saying "our technical team will get back to you".
The worst service I ever experienced in my 37 years.
I have purchased micromax juice 2 AQ5001 in april 2015 and deposit it on service centre on 27 nov. upto now I have not get my device back. What should I do.

micromax is a cheat organisation. i bought a micromax mmx-aq5001 silver mobile phone for rs. 9240/- on 26-07-15. an additional waranty was also bought for rs.799/- + taxes. on 31-10-15, screen display of phone disappeared. on 02-11-15, i gave it to micromax service center in noida. i made repeated visits, sent emails for repair of the mobile. they did not respond and did not repair the mobile. disappointed, i took mobile back on 26-11-15.
never buy micromax mobile. they sell shame products. people say if you give mobile for repair they change original parts with duplicate. their sevice centre is dud. full of clowns. they are rude, insensitive and lack knowledge.
never buy micromax products . waste of money and time. better to be away from cheats.

Sir in ur all micromax android mobile phones have no the advantage of hideing the application which provides samsung company so sir micromax as an indian company therefore u have to put the advantage of hideing the app

dont bought micromax mobile ....i give my set to the nearest servicecentre 2-3 month taken for repair ...nobody take call in service centre. every day service centre rush so there is tocken system. i hate their service
service centre rush meanse mobile quality is very poor
waste of money if u r thnkng of buying any micromax phone. service of micromax care is very poor.

Hello I want to Bring a Kind notice, The Products which Micro-max currently giving in cell phones are very cheap.
I want to share my experience of using Micro max cell phone and its service in Patiala, City Center Service Center. The Phone has good features and Designs to attract you. But the Hardware inside Like Selfie Cameras and Board Get heated if you use for bit longer.
I gave my Phone to Micro max Service Center Located in Patiala, City Center. Its almost one month my cell phone is still there.
They don`t not pick Phone .
They messaged me. that your Phones is Fixed, But when you go to pick your Phone, It has same Problem which was reported one month ago. No Testing is Preformed.
They said me we are sending the Phone to Company,But Guess what is not True. People are so much shameless, They don`t see someone is coming from too far to get their phone, They will lie all the time.
Very Very Poor Service and Products. Don`t ever think to Buy Any Products from Micromax

I bought premium segment phone Micromax Canvas Knight A350 , with in warranty period, it stops functioning. I submitted it in the service center for repair. They give me a resolution date but every time, they keep on postponing it.
I've escalated the issue to their Regional Manager Mr. Manjit Ph: 09855489035 also. But all in vain.
Please dont buy their products.
I had purchased Micromax Canvas A310 handset. After 02 months it starts heating badly. I gave it in service center & after 20 days they are saying it will take 20 more days. Their service center condition is also very bad. They are full every time & there is no ethod to attend the customer. If electricity goes then they have no way to deal customer. All screens got switched off. No AC is working there. And if you will call on their number you will find it busy for 30-40 minutes only after that you are able to talk. Very very bad experience. Please don't purchase micromax ever. Micromax is not reliable. Their Global customer care also doesn't know any thing. Their engineers doesn't know what is the fault & how to solve it. Every body is just passing their time in micromax. Very very disappointed.
I am extremely disappointed with the service that Micromax endows. They stand last when satisfying customers is concerned. A total mess they are! There is no proper organised method to attend customers, plus their customer care numbers are always busy. And accidentally if any of their executive picks the call also, its not 10 seconds before they put your call on hold and you'll have to wait for another 10 odd minutes.For instance, I own a Micromax Unite 2 which use to heat a lot which caused the device's motherboard to melt. Me like any other customer gave the mobile for service. The executives at the service center scheduled the delivery after 20 days. I had no choice but to wait. I waited and waited and its the 48th day(7th week), no finalized delivery date yet in spite of all the pestering I did all throught these 48 days. I am fed up!! So please do think twice before going for Micromax. I am totally displeasured with the service they deliver.
