Got delayed in takin... moreI have X600 and its charging port damaged during the warranty period, but service centre told it is due to your mishandling hence they charged me Rs. 350/-. After expending Rs. 350/- again in 15 days charging stopped. When I again gone to service centre they streightly refused their responsibility and advised me to get it repaired on my risk and again expending Rs. 450/-. I left the hopes and started to us Khekda Charger for external charging of battery. Thus within warranty period also service centre finds ways to avoid their responsibility. Worst Service from Micromax.

Dispointng specifications.. Move on MICROMAX.. Still 5MP CAM, 512 MB RAM.. 167 PPI.. Very disopointing..

why r u not increase ram and internal memory level... but mobile is so good....
after doodle and doodle 2 it was about to be a upgrade but it got a downgrade. If u didn't need a 6 inch screen, canvas juice is a better option which is also about 500 rupees cheaper
Never again a micromax product. Had a P600. Stopped working in 11 months. Got delayed in taking to the service center and thus lost warranty by 10 days. The service center in Bangalore firstly rudely informing me that you should have brought it earlier and that the company is not responsible if I delayed. Anyways paid Rs 100 and deposited the phone. They said they will get back in 2-3 days with the amount required for the repair. Waited 10 days for the call and then finally called back to be told that the motherboard had gone bad and it would cost Rs. 7000. I asked for my tab back as I dint want to spend the cost of a new micromax tablet to repair and was again told curtly "your wish". Anyways when I landed to collect the phone they took the invoice and returned it. When I demanded a bill for the Rs 100 they said that I could take a picture on my mobile. On telling them to give me a bill they grudgingly made a bill and added the Rs 100 for inspection charges. Now I recall I was told about micromax service and had not heeded it. If Micromax wants this to be the plight of their customers then good luck to them but I am not falling for Micromax again. Terrible. I hope they dont use servicing blackmail to recover costs after selling the crap products and recovering money through service centers. This is service terrorism.
