Never ever buy a micromax product.....worst ever customer care services. I bought an E455 in the month of october 2015 and it has been in service for almost 2.5 months in this due course of time. Investing on micromax is a waste of both money and time....VERY MUCH DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE..............
don't buy this item have also the same problem of connectivity. friends don't but any phones from micromax company because it became a worst company

Just go to sim card manager
If u r using data from 1st sim card
Then diasble sim 2 and re-enable it
Now ur problem will be solved
realy this is the worst phone i hv ever used.cellular network problm within 5 Month of puchase.since then i am facing a lots of problms like auto deleting contacts,auto tuning airplane mode which means no network.gave in the service centre for same issue two times and asked for replacement bt no one gave the rite resolution..still in guarantee period.i think i will do consumer court now??
Horrible phone has only 6months lifespan....please dont buy
biggest mistake if ur thinking of buying this phone. i replaced it for four times and still having cellular connectivity problem, no network, overheating. i only use this phone for playing table tennis[the real one].

1) Go to phone settings
2)select data usage option
3)here use to on /off network data.
Don't use shortcut option to enable /disable options.
This way to avoid connectivity issue.

System UI has been stopped... no network no any network. Micromax is full bakwaas
Within 10 months I came to know that this phone is a garbage
Charging issue heating issue and my sim card is not working
Service centre is more worst what can say...
It is third class phone and services ..with in two month my touch lost ..after that network lost..30 days my phone return back but after 10 days again network lost plz tell me what can I do..
