I have a mobile cosmo but it locked and i couldnt open it please show me how to decode it or send to my email the way to make it work again,error message on screen "Enter lock code

when i turn-on my trium cosmo, a message apears ''ENTER CODE' from 4 spaces. WHAT SHOULD I DO TO TURN IT ON! Some one please help me !!!!!
