Hi!
My A1000 started turn off, everytime I plug charger on. Is that firmware prob? or is there any solution what can I do to fix it?

2 change ur msg ringing tone
1.go to control panel,
2. general,
3.ringtune manager
4.go to install
5.select the tone that required
6.& than get back to message account,
7.go to edit in message,
8.& preferences
9.select the tone that u have down loaded.

My motorola A1000 doesn't boot. it restart again & again. gives a message as "not found."
I think it need to be reinstalled. Please help me regarding this issue

my problem with my motorola phone,is i did'nt know how to change the message alert tone and when i charge it,it automatic turns off.

I've had a Motorol A1000 for just over 2 years. Overall I'm pleased with it. However, I've lost my CD that came with it - can I get another one or download the software from the net? I've already replaced the battery but still discharges very fast 2 -3 hours. Also keeps shutting down and reboots asking what language I want to use, once I ticked the wrong box(for chinese) and the whole thing turned into chines characters - it was a nightmare - only with the help of an amateur computer geek we managed to get it back to english. I've mostly used it as a phone, only recently to check my emails. How does one use the other functions ie powerpoint. any help much appreciated

i got my motorola a1000 , but now i have a problem , is not working and i dont know what i can do i am fear for not lose the contacts list and all the documents i have there

Is this a problem in s/w or hardware.Please help me

All of sudden it is not switching on, I mean it starts and shows the Motorola 3G screen and then goes blank and LED lights (Red) starts blinking, it does display key pad, desktop, etc. But whenever I get a call, it shows that as Incoming call and I could answer the calls without any problem. Looks like software (symbian OS) problem.

Is this a problem in s/w or hardware.where can i get the software up-dated in bangalore..............

god day sir! i have motorola a1000,great phone.
i already memorized all function,i had a lot's of movies,mp3,picture's install to my phone.
but my problem is how can i connect through the internet? im try to read many sugestion's pls! help me to my problem,send your knolleges to my email sir! my location is manila philippines.

Am aware that the MotorolaA1000 has the facility or capability to use microsoftExcel,microsoftword,microsoft power point,microsoft Adobe etc through the piscel viewwer,but my problem is how do i may use of the facilities on the phone and how do i download it to my phone? please i need help.

hello Pals,

Well Incase u have any problems with yr moto A1000 Lemme know mail me in detials and i shall help, as per for the friend who say his phone stops @ 3G splash screen yr phone is stuck on the boot loader needs to be flashed mail me and i shall revert back.

I am available in Bombay, in case anyone from any part of mumbai want help i guess can come down.
