$420 is not the best price for this phone.. I just bought mine from myworldphone.com for $379 brand new, and its perfect. I even got my browser to work correctly! Know I on the net and getting my regular emails sent directly to my phone.

Checked with Motorola India. Was told, in order to use the picsel browser for surfing, one needs to use high speed internet access card offered by the service providers, eg. for Hutch - Hutch Access Internet Card (exact terminology might differ). While choosing "connect via", this connection (Hutch Internet in this case) has to be chosen instead of GPRS.

For loading hutchworld homepage using normal browser, I am yet to hear from Motorola India.

I have few queries regarding Motorola A768i cellular phone-

1) what is the specific absorption rate of A768i
2) does this phone has conference facilities
3) Does it has inbuilt speakerphone

I have the same browser problem as Nima and Shiv. Using the normal browser, I can view google and barely few sites. But yahoo, hotmail, indiatimes, etc. etc. does not load. Says "entity too large". Even, the hutchworld page does not load. Using Picsel browser is even worse...absolutely nothing loads. I type in a website and after five mins or so, it says "the document is faulty, and could not be converted". And that is for www.google.com. Strange. I am using Hutch GPRS connection and could visit all sites with my previous Nokia 6820. This one just beats me. The Motorola support is almost non-existent and keeps on passing phone nos. of people who have no clue.

Would appreciate if someone can respond knowledgably.

Do the following.

Start with the following conditions:
Ensure that there are no tasks to begin with.
On the Home page, select Communication > Theme > the current theme. Set the text size to small. (There is no problem with the Medium and Large size setting.)


Create task one after another giving them numeric names starting from the number 1.
In this way you will create tasks with the names 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10.
On creating the task 11, you will find that it is not visible on the screen. Also, you will not find any vertical scroll bars.
On creating the task 12, you will find that neither task 11 or 12 is visible on the screen. The vertical scroll bars will still not be visible.
On creating the task 13, you will find that task 11 finally appears. The vertical scroll bars appears with task 11.
On creating task 14, you will find that task 12 appears on the screen.
Each time, two tasks will not appear on the screen. Its as if the third task will push the first to the screen and at least two task will remain off screen.

Also, the number of characters for each task notes is limited to 140 characters. This is too less.

Hey Vipin, Since you mentioned you are a software engineer. you could probably help me with this. Once you log on to yahoo the whole page goes for a toss. Also most of the buttons like delete and attach in hotmail dont work. Any other browser available other than Picsel??
