mine also powers on i vietnamese, which i can't read. how do i change the language to english? i haven't seen any responses to this question posed several months ago.

u will send message to no. then u will recieve ring by link u will get & using that on another phone using wap then send it to your mobile

Sir,
ur mobile MOTO C118 is really awesome,
and also the battery backup is really cool,
u wont believe but in my home almost everbody use motorola handsets, so i also bought a Motorola C118, but sir i couldent understand that, how to compose ringtones, as between tones its not possible to give space, and also we cannot set TEMPO for the speed of the ringtone,

sir i would really be glad if u assit me on this particular issue,

My Motorola C118 came with instructions in Chinese. Does anyone know how I can get an English-language manual? If not, does anyone know how to control the ring tones/vibration? Thanks.

I've just bought this to use in Turkey as they now insist all phones are registered over there. I needed something simple, unlocked and cheap which we could leave in our villa and not worry too much about people wanting to take it home.

As long as it phones and I can send texts I will be happy.

This is a fine basic phone with a very good battery life,also very affordable.The ringtones are not very loud but okay, otherwise a fantastic phone which is very dependable.U cannot download ringtones but there is a composer.Looks r sleek and looks more expensive then it is.I am very satisfied with this phone.
