i used this hp only for 2 months b4 trading it in for nokia.main reason:-
1.hard uncomfortable keypad
2.too many steps involves just to sms
3.display too small
4.too few sms can be stored
battery lifes is ok but not much else..

i agree dont get this phone no matter how LESS it costs because i have had some bad experiences with it as you all may have today. it turns itself on everyday "magically". MINE is not DEFECTIVE either it is just bad and im not saying that because it has hardly any features in which i dont need a phone with all that mess thrown on it anyway. SERIOUSLY even a simple phone like this doesnt even work as well as you may think!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This phone sucks.
I bought one from my local rite aid, and i wouldn't hold a charge. Tracfone sent me a replacement phone, but this one needs to be plugged in and out to get it to charge properly. Now 2 years later, I purchased another one, thinking I had a lemon, but the same thing. It won't allow itself to be charged.
DON'T BUY THIS PHONE.

it's a good little phone, definantly not fit for today's stuff as in memory and capabilities, i'm still trying to find a cord for this into the computer

This fone has so many bugs (like all Motorola) that using a Nokia 5110 is better. And this for a basic fone is a major NO, NO. It can only hold less than 20 messages even less if you have in your outbox and navigation is not user friendly.

no i like this cellphone but i also like phones with a few more features. this is a good cellphone though okay!

for this being a cheap phone it can also become very stressful to use. it may not be as reliable as many of you may think it is and these places that sell it are cheating you all out of your money.

dont get this phone because it is a ghost phone. it turns itself on and off by itself and that is nutty so if i were you i would sell it for a different , also cheap but better than this horrible phone. and please take this into consideration. thankyou.

i like this cellphone because it does what it needs to do but it is not for me because i like having all the extra stuff that comes in a cellphone. my friend has one and i do to but only for emergency use and now i have 2 cellphones and i love them!

Can someone please help? I lost my phone whilst travelling so bought a C139 in Bangkok. Unfortunately, it reverts to Thai language every time I change the sim card. I think I tried to change the language and ended up with one that is totally unrecognisable to me... Can someone please help by guiding me into the Settings section by telling me how to go into the language section and changing to English. I think the best way would be to count the steps, eg. I know the the Settings for starters because of the icon.. but from then on it is basically 'Warp lingo' as far as I am concerned.

Counting steps would be helpful I think, eg. Settings, count two down, press selection which will be 'other settings' and then count three down.. etc etc..

Anyone's help will be hugely appreciated.

Many many thanks and look forward to a way out and back to using the phone like it should be used :-), cheers
