i have on like this ( motorola c168i )AT&T with gsm 850/1900 MHZ lock with at&t but u can unlock it

The Motorola C168 phone has a function of indicating to you that you missed an incoming text or phone call while you were away from the phone, it does this by giving a beep beep noise every 2 mins approx until u open the text. This avoids having to keep checking your phone every time your away from it. What is this function called on phone stats. So when buying a phone u can check if this has the function?

can i transfer my contacts frm my phone to computer thru any way. i know there is no option in the phone, like data cable, blue tooth for transfering this. any chance frm motorola service centers ?

I have personel experience to use this mob. its a very nice phone, works properly and there is no problem in messaging. this is ok with frequent sms senders.
