I have finally been able to activate Rythm Lights.
Thanx to Archerz. And everyone else for posting.
I have customizedmystartup and shutdown animations as well. Really cool.

i activated the video option with p2ktools .....but when i explore my phone with p2ktools........there is no video folder !..in the phone menu the folder.is there....but.i cand fint it with p2ktools.

I have downloaded the p2ktools program, but I cannot get it to detect my phone. It keeps on saying "Please connect phone" or something similar, followed by some obscure error message. When installing the driver, it registers the phone as a motorola modem, but as soon as I open the P2K program, it says: "found new hardware" followed by "Found USB Composite device" and then says it has not been installed correctly. This happens everytime. I then have to unplug the phone, uninstall the device as listed in Device Manager, plug it back in and it reapears as a Motorola Modem. I have dowloaded all the files as stated on this forum. My MPT 3.11 works fine, though. But I want p2k to work! Does this happen to anyone else? What driver is recommended? Are they not all the same?

My phone is C380. Thanks for the explanation. Now it works.
But I don't really understand the function of Rhytmic Light. What can i do with that? Can we do some hack so that there are no time limitation?

do u mean c380 instead of c381?please use the search to find your answer.there are lots of posts for your question's answer.if you dont try to search you wont get anything.

once u completed the guides ARCHERZ posted,unplug ur cable then restart ur mobile,go to settings,personalise menu,rhythm light set the timer.if u accidently press the hang up call button the timer will turn to off.

did u enable the video in the p2ktools under OtherFeatures|Multimedia.after u enabled it the video folder will be created n u can upload ur .3gp file to the folder and play the movie.

i really really confused about how to connect my motorola (c381) to my computer. i used WinXP, and when i plug it, my computer won't detect my phone. i have downloaded p2ktools and etc from the internet but it still can't detect.
is there anybody want to help me to solve this problem? or send me c381 driver and c381 applications. i really appreciate it if u help me. email me please. thanks,

I'm using p2k advance editor. i try to change club light from off to on, then i press "write to phone" then restart it. after that i press "read from phone" but the club light status back to off. why?
Is my phone need to be unlocked to get the change to take effect?

I also try to insert .3gp files to /a/phone/video/ but the video folder didn't show up. Then i try to upload to /a/mobile/video/ it didn't work either.
