If you don't find the charm battery u can use the moto q9h battery the r the same I love this phone

its an ok phone i really love the keyboard,
the only thing i hate about is, Motorola has locked its bootloader and and they stopped releasing android updates,
since its boot loader is locked we cant update it manually
i rooted my phone and having the apps installed in my SD card

i dont know why motorola didnt give this phone an update and why they wont give out the code for others to work on os update for this phone. am really disappointed in them. this is my last motorola device am using. i thought it was a great phone for business but poor battery and network.

I got three replacements on this phone it stopped charging all three times the piece that charges my phone broke all three times touch screen does what it wants !

There is no FM Radio. There is a internet radio and it comes with the music player. Also the phone doesnt have any Android updates.

the phone is portable for use...it is very scarce in my country but then the battery isn't strong which is very bad
