phone is extremely good, its perfect in all respects...


problem with me is when i configure email and sync it stucks up...

Id have to say that this phone is absolutly rubbish! Ive had 2 Defy+'s now and both have had issues. First one , was good for about a month, and then the earpiece lost all its volume so had to use loud speaker to talk to anyone. The GPS would most of the time take 10mins to get a fix (same on both of my defy+'s. Then I dropped it and broke the screen, my bad not the phones. Second phone was good for about a month also and then the screen got parkinsons disease and starts shaking or recieves phantom inputs, GPS slow to fix and now it lags like a bastard to do anything. Only bought this phone because Im a farmer and I need a rugged phone. Next one is going to be a top end phone with a decent case! Do not buy a Motorola Defy+!

why dont you guys update your Defy+ to Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean (CM10)...
it will run very smoothly... no hangs n lags at all... ;)

At first when I bought it it hanged a lot, then I did factory reset and the phone become rock solid. I use it more than 4 months and I am very satisfied. Battery is very good.

Love the durability of this Phone.Screen is Pretty good and well reponsive.Battery Life is average.The worst part about this phone is its Hang up every time i use.at the start it was pretty fast but now most hang up.Camera quality is quite good.

I'm using this Phone for last 1 month. The phone is really very good in screen clarity and sound aspects. Actual RAM is 512MB, but when the running memory exceeds 300-320MB the phone becomes slow and not responding sometime. When comes to external storage, memory card with capacity 8GB or more makes this phone to hang and restart continously.

Overall this phone is good for rough use, to listen music and to use limited applications. Its poor in storage/memory prespective.

real bad fone......for the price offered its really one of the worst fones ever....now i get to know why motorola quit indian markets thrice....if they keep making such junk this is what will happen....i had a samsung galaxy fit earlier with a processor speed of just 600mhz i replaced it with moto defy+....this thing hangs minimum 3 times a day. above that there is some issue my music stops playing after every 2 min of playback.tried everything doesnt work.....real bad one i paid 17k for this junk around a year ago......i am really repenting...

Battery life awesome i get a battery backup of 3-4 days in normal usage. Camera with a powerfull flash !! Go for this phone and you wont regret !! Surely a waterproof phone !! nice sound clarity , good speakers, too many apps will lead to lags !! just clear cache memory and its fast again :)

The minute I turn on my 3g any normal voice calls made from my phone gets disconnected within a second.
If I switch to Wifi / 2g the issue is solved!
I have tried Settings - Call Settings - Additional settings - Caller ID but the option of caller id itself is unselectable!! I have read many people saying to select caller ID and set network default fixing the problem but on my phone it is unselectable!
Please advice on how I can fix this problem! Thank you

Very good phone .Why ??
- because of the size , it can be easily handled one hand only... I hate 4` or more phones because of that...
- huge battery backup
- 2 gb internal is more than enough...
- can easily be overclocked to 1.2ghz
- it is incredible smooth if you install a custom rom, ex CM7.2
- loud and clear voice
- extremely bad camera
In normal usage this phone get me to 3 an a half days . Wich is enormuous .
Once again : if u are going to use this phone with the original software, DON`T BUY IT. it will be laggy...

If u plan to install custom rom , THEN IT IS THE BEST CHOICE !!! No hang, extremely smooth...

Hi Friends,

I am interested to buy the Motorola DEFY+.But in most of teh showroom the model is not available.Some of the mobile shop representatives not recommended to buy this phone, due to delay in service.

If anybody faced those of problems?

How is the performance and motorola support?

worst phone for the pricetag it has really motorola should put off their brandtag of this........real bad processor speed .....it hangs a minimum 10 times a day and i have to switch off and on it all around.....had a real bad experience....was using galaxy ace earlier just shifted to motorola due to the brandname but i am very disappointed wont ever by mistake get back to motorola.......samsung rocks!!! even micromax makes better phones than motorola
