I'm seriously considering purhcasing this phone. I like the front-facing camera, the supposed long battery life, and the durability. I just want to know if this phone is all it's cracked up to be.

I have network issue with defy XT535.

I often encounter intermittent connection with my phone network and data network.

IS this a software issue or hardware? Check with operator and its okay. even change sim card.

The front speaker it is in fact a microphone for calls. It does not have any sound coming out from it.

And I've compared the colors on the SIII with this phone. The colors are much more natural than the SIII's high saturation. In fact, this is probably one of the best screens I've seen. And a major plus of this phone is the front speaker, just below the navigation buttons. The sound is great compared with other phones.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2012-09-23 12:53 from u1JD - click to readYes. ICS is available in China. The stock launcher is really slow, especially when flicking the home screen. After replacing with ICS and installing LauncherPro (this is indeed the smoothest launcher for Home screen) and Organized Drawer (LauncherPro's drawer is slow), the phone is smooth as butter, even with only a single 1Ghz processor. Really happy with it, considering its price point.

Poor try, absolutely nothing new, even worse than the original Defy on paper.
No 4", no AMOLED, no 1 GB RAM, no dual core, no ICS or JB, no 8 MP, no 4G. Its worthless.
