Told that t'is phone has ems facility,but why everytime i used it,it says not extractable.I'm really regret 4 buyin' t'is kind of stuff!

i live in trinidad in the caribbbean. i was vacationing in the USA and was sold this phone. i brought it home to have it activated and i can not get a company to unlock the phone and make it work here, i feel like i've wasted my money. cane you help me please?

I am not able to save the newly downloaded ringtone on my Motorola E360. I received ringtone in my msg inbox but if i try to Extract Media from that then it gives error as "No Extractable Media" .
Your help is highly appreciated.

this phone was the biggest waste of money, it does have good fetures, i have successfully and quite easily found screen savers, poly ring tones and backround pics. but the battery is bad you can not buy accessories for it and there is not enough color varieties

I think this phone should be withdrawn from the sales shelfs.It seems even the manufacturer is not interested in offering the best service regarding their phone

I'm sorry to say that I have dig\ficulties in using this kind of phonr. Since I'm using it November 2003 till now, I don't know how to download ringtones, wallpaper how to compose new ringtones in this phone. Please teach me...

Love the phone but absolutely hate the fact that absolutely NOTHING is available in the way of ring tones, wall papers and screensavers. That really sucks.

My girlfreind baught me this phone. She must hate me. It's the crappiest most unsupported phone I have owned. I have searched the net for ours looking for wallpapers, tones and screensavers. It cost me a fortune and I still haven't got anything. Even Motorola doesn't support the E360 format, AND IT'S THEIR PHONE! Whats the point of having space for downloads if you can't use them? If someone knows something i don't let me know.
