WIN.. no need to download anysoftware, simply go to Main menu, choose Setting then click on MASTER RESET the pasword is 000000 (if it is wrong try 999999 or 666666). Do the same thing to option Master Clear. It will clear all your data in Phone memory, you'd be better backing up all important data to the PC. Have fun! this is a really great phone.

im having problem With my e680..it was infected by virus,in wich i cannot open my phone book and my message windows...i already scan it,,and delete the virus but i think the system are affected already,,,i want to know where to download the software to reformat my e680..

I already had Motorola E680. it's great mobile i ever had. i had more than 2 years. and i always trying to make e680 good. i always add mp3 music there. i already had a bible over there. so if you there need help .. just ask me.. i will try help you.

i bought this mobile motorola e680 two months back,i cant see mobile like this in my life history,bcoz it take morethan 6 hours for charging,aftercharging when i talk for 5 minutes automatically battery downed,even i replace new battery same problem occurs,plz do the needful to me,how to solve this problem

The American version of this phone LOOKS cool, but it really SUCKS in terms of daily use. The ADS I see are of the EURO version and it takes a lot of time and money to pimp this to make it look like the Euro model. I finally just SOLD mine and then THAT guy tried to get rid of it. Cool looking, but a pain to use.

Doom ass why do you want to replace Linux for rubbish Microsoft.You can do more with Linux then with the stupid microsoft,unless you want have virus,spyware,adware on your phone.Check OpenMoko.org there is a Linux sofware that you can install on this mobile

My phone still have 46M memory, but I can't change some setting and move files from the phone to the SD card or vise versa since the phone displays: memory full. Then after that, my phone freezed now. I can't make any phone call. Does anybody know what's going on? Please help me. I love my E680i !!

This phone i bought have such bad reception. Sounds fuzzy all the time as if it is a long distance call. something wrong with the antenna i guess. Anyone have the same problem?
