Hi all...
Please bare w/me as i am not cell phone savy. I am unable to receive/sent Pic messages, I have contacted my provider (Cingular) and Motorola and both have instructed me to update my GPRS/browser settings. The person at Cingular tried to walk me through the steps but was unable to as they reported that the settings my phone needed were not provided by Cingular. Can anyone please direct me to a site where I can get some step by step instructions on how to do this, or is it really true that this feature cannot be updated by Cingular settings.

hmm pretty nice phone for the average user, had this phone for over one year now but i just cant get new skins or games for it! very very frustrating..help me out ((:

i hv install some application on my phone (E680i), but this application name only show "AppName" (not the application name ex: CamCap), please somebody help me, how to change this appname? thank's...

how do u get the sd card to be read by the phone. i have 2gb worth of music to put on it and my sd doesnt show up on the phone..

i hav this fone twice 1st the sound quality is superb even frm far away i can listen....but the 2nd fone i having the sound quality is ok but not lod enuf.....even softer than w810i n soso.....really big diff frm the 1st 1.....anybody knw wut happened??? izzit firmware prob or?????? if firmware prob can any 1 tell me where 2 download new firmware or best firmware 4 it?? tq

I bought my phone in sept 2005. I really like the phone. however, the battery is realy disappointing. Was given 2 batteries (manufactures in May 2005) when bought the phone. Now both are not in good working condition. The screen just keep on lighting up and the a charged batt will just turn to one bar after a call. My phone is still in very good condition, so bought a new battery....
Do you guys face the same problem?

e680i is really prety great mobile phone specially when it comes to music features not to mentioned that it ables to support of up to 4GB memory size where you can store of around 2000 to 2500 high quality mp3 files.. yes!!! that's how call this thing is.
But guys, would you pls share with me the procedure on how to open GPRS to our phone. I am using Smart sim card. thanks a lot to all moto fanatics...

when i turn on my mobile e680i then it works properly but when i tuch the screen the whole mobile is hanged and non of it buttons works,until i do not remove the battery.i have tryed it again and again but no solution,i think so that virus have entered my mobile so plz help me thanks and send me the proper solution
